I do this as well. I used to just do one crazy legs day wtih 3x10 for everything, but then I would need an ice bath and couldn't walk up/down stairs for 3 days after. I have now split my routine into push/pull A & B workouts, and I do squats with one and deadlifts with the other. Heavy 5x5. My legs never hurt like they used to, and now I can lift more than ever. Can't recommend this enough. I never have the can't walk up stairs problem anymore, and my lifts are bigger than ever.

And for the love of god, DO NOT DO QUARTERSQUATS. There is nothing more annoying than watching ego lifting idiots do quarter squats. Did Hossein Rezazadeh ever do quarter squats? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkGFAZK-7zM No, then you shouldn't either. Do not give me this bullshit about knees. Proper ass to calves squats barely engage your knees. It's all about glutes and back. If you can't go low, it's probably because your outer thigh muscles are weak. People who think that inner/outer thigh …

I literally have never been to a wedding that the bride's family wasn't paying for. I must run in different circles.

This is correct. Everything has context. Expand your horizons gentlemen. Please remember that, in these cases, the father's bride usually pays for the event. I've been to a few of these extravagant weddings. In one of them, the banker father was very proud to let everyone know how much he was blowing to marry off his only daughter in style. The open bar had Johnny Walker Blue for christ's sake. It was a very fun evening.

Sure, but put Tom cruise without his shirt on and Gronk without his shirt on next to each other, and I guarantee you that Tom won't get much attention. Listen, if a playboy model with all the right measurements walks into a room full of men while she's wearing a bikini, the music will stop and everyone will be watching. Women are biological creatures as well. A 6'5" jacked athlete elicits the EXACT same biological primal response from women. Is it everything? Of course not. But you're acting lik…

You must be too young to know better; do not EVER try to debate a vegan, male or female. It is a cult. Do not try to convince a vegan girl that hunting is a natural part of life. Simply plow her brains out, and let her find out that she was taken by a caveman. She might not come around, but if you do it correctly, she will abstain from commenting on hunting.

Go hunting. Learn to kill, field dress, and properly care for the meat that makes it on to your plate. You'll never waste food after you've had to field dress a doe with udders filled with milk. Her offspring was old enough that it was going to survive, but it sure brings the proper amount of perspective and respect for life. I abhor wasting food since I started hunting and gardening. Humans being divorced from the process of acquiring food is not a good thing. Hunting and gardening are truly sp…

A guy from the Bronx doesn't talk about "the uni," he talks about going to "college." I've lived in NYC. Nobody ever talked to me about which "uni" they went to.
/r/TheRedPill18/05/16 07:24 PM

You're certainly NOT from the South Bronx, or the United States. Only Europeans or Canadians refer to college as "uni" or "university." Everyone in the land of the free calls it going to college. And when your grades suck, you go to community college in the hopes that the real college will let you transfer in. Niece piece of fiction there buddy.

This is absolutely, 100% correct. Why are you gentlemen so surprised to discover this? Is it because you bought the Disney fairy tale hook, line, and sinker? It's not like EVER SINGLE ONE OF US doesn't have a rabid, dirty, up-to-no-good scheming dog inside of us (the kind of dog in the cartoon that salivates when a 36-24-36 young woman walks in front of them, practically pulling the dog's eyes out - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVN1Apz45AE). I want to take a few Germans to see a "Military History" gun show in the heartland of America. They would lose their collective minds. There is also the WW2 artifacts guy at every single gun show. A few original Nazi armbands or helmets for sale, but hey, he's not racist, he's just a history buff. It was interesting having to explain that dichotomy to my little jewish daughter - she loves gun shows BTW. This is the price of a free country. No. If he wants this to work (and I don't particularly think it's a great idea, then he's going to have to have solid - i.e. receipts, tabulations, etc. - evidence and he must go above her head) he'll have to use the surprise element to eliminate her. I understand Occam's Razor very well. The most likely cause of Trump's run is because Trump can't get enough of Trump, period. I just find it very suspect. Time will tell. There is a very solid undercurrent of conservatism rising again, after 8 years of Obama. I think Rubio and Cruz would likely wipe the floor with Hillary. If she manages to secure the nomination, and Trump implodes, I will be very suspicious.

I say Nimrods because people are falling into a cult of personality, just like liberals did for Obummer. They see Trump as some form of outsider savior. So after fighting to enable women to join the workforce, is she acknowledging that most of them can't cut it? I thought women could do everything men can? So capitalism was bad when it left women out of it, and now that they are free to join, it's bad because women can't cut it? Exactly. The only appropriate way to respond to a woman who tells you how much attention she is getting is to remind her how easy it would be for her to lose your attention. I can attest to Mr. Redwood's reply here. I lawyer it up for a living. Sure, a promissory note should help, in theory. However, the lawyer's fees will eat up any recovery you gain by suing. Don't even think about suing someone for less than $50k. I could probably get it done for $20k of my time, if it's a simple small deal. Not happening. We always talk about frame around here. The go sleep on the couch shit test is the penultimate shit-test. If you've ever slept on a couch at the request of someone else, you've failed. Give this man a gold medal! "She's not into the sex because she's actually not into him." That is the crux of the matter here. She wonders about the ex so much that she checks up on him with a mutual acquaintance. While her friend tries to remind her that she has a good catch now, all she can do is reminisce on how good the sex was. The easiest way to have crummy sex is to do it with someone you're not all that into (hint; that you're not very attracted to, on a primal level).

Wrong. Essentially, women want to be able to tame the alpha dog. They want you to be the beast of a man that only she is able to woo and see a sensitive side to. That's what they really want, whether they know it or not. Therefore, if you are an alpha dog, be prepared to deal with tons of comfort tests when a women's luteal phase comes around once a month. If you've done test once, your numbers will be shit, and you will qualify for a prescription from your physician for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). He readily admits to the benefits of TRT on his podc…

You guys always take it personally, but it's true. Although not every Democrat is anti-gun, the Democrat Party is absolutely anti-gun http://www.ontheissues.org/celeb/democratic_party_gun_control.htm Feinstein, Soros, McCarthy, they all back the same party. CO, CT, Oregon, WA, and all those places where Bloomberg's platform is being passed is accomplished by the Democrats carrying the water. You want us to stop railing against your party, then start making sure your party leaves guns alone. Mayb…

Yes, protein intake is they key. However, those videos above a ripe with juiced up lifters. Steroids plus plant protein are a hell of an effective combo.

You have to be self-aware. You also always have to keep an eye out for boyfriends. Both men above the business ladder from you and boyfriends will try to piss all over you like a bunch of territorial animals. It's pretty funny actually.

I don't think these teachers are establishing their sexual dominance as much as they are reaffirming their SMV and are relishing the return of attention and validation from men. The women who get caught doing this seem to all fit a pattern; late 20s to early 30s (arriving at wall or early post-wall) women who are all fairly attractive. As men who frequent this sub, we know what that means for these teachers' real-world dating lives. They are a crashing commodity. Inside the high school life thou…

Have you ever seen the 30Rock episode with John Hamm where Liz Lemon discovers that he lives in a bubble of good-lookingness (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15MwhPv3Ud4)? When we watched that episode, my wife turned to me and said "You live in that bubble!" and my answer was "damn right I do!" Except that unlike Hamm's character, I have been aware of it my entire life. Therefore, I made damn sure that I had something better to offer this world that just some good looks. I can tell in a woman's …

If you never had a father to show what frame is supposed to look like, watching Caesar Milan (whatever happened to the "Dog Whisperer" name?) in action will teach you all you need to know about spacial dominance. The techniques he employs on dogs are very much applicable to human interactions; command your space; don't acknowledge or reinforce bad social behavior; be first to action, etc.

Yes, that's true. That is why I was referring to the general concept of muscle mass. If you have a high muscle mass, the obesity chart will always be off for you. It's like this https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/91/60/50/9160504fa9f22f6890bcd395371fb6e5.jpg

No, these are the BMI numbers for average folks. It does not take into account muscle mass. It is not very useful for people who are very fit.

This chart does not take into account muscle mass. I'm 6'1 and I weigh 215lbs. I am around 20% BF. Realistically, I only have 5-10 lbs of fat to lose before I couldn't lose anymore without the use of drugs (and keep my current muscle mass). Muscle is heavier than fat. I look like a pro WR. Nobody is going to mistake me for being even close to being obese, except for that chart.

Yes. I often have conversation with women about attraction, turn ons, etc. It makes for better small talk than the "what do you do for a living" beta crap, and it is much easier to escalate.

You clearly never hung out with catholic school girls. Have you ever seen what they do to change those uniforms into something the boys DO want to look at? I have, and it was glorious!

That is absolutely correct. It's the same reason why long-term couples suddenly hop back in the sack passionately if they spend a few weeks apart and then get reunited.

I didn't say anything about wanting to talk to a woman and go through the hoops to get to home base. I am purely referring to the visceral human need to want an attractive woman. Your gut instinct that kicks in the second you interact with a woman. Do you not walk around this earth evaluating every single woman you cross during your day in a Terminator-like fashion (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvRb9jZ9wFk) to determine whether or not you would want to sleep with them? I call it the men goggl…

Negative. Men are attracted to porn because they need variety. It is in our biology. This was hammered home to me by a nerdy glasses-wearing hot female psychology professor in college. This is a girl who knew how to mimic hundreds of bird calls. Timid, feminine, quiet, but still AWALT. Took an animal behavior course from her, and the lessons she gave out were pure red pill gold. We spent quite a bit of time on animal sexual reproduction behavior. She showed us some very interesting research resu…

I should say red-pill aware woman. Her father was true alpha male (business owner). Although she wouldn't know the lingo, she knew what she wanted in a man. Since we met when we were so young, I could either become that man, or she would have found that man. I learned a lot from him and her.

I very much enjoy courting and gaming my LTR, red-pill woman. Most women annoy the living daylight out of me.

Did you watch the video? He tries to pickup MILFs at the park playing with their kids. One of them giggles and is flattered when he calls her hot. He gets her number and she says "only for a coffee date." She is at the park with her damn kid while the husband is working! AWALT.

Let me put a caveat out there for all you newbies. I appreciate that this young man is trying to improve himself (keep it up buddy!), but he is dead wrong when it comes to lifting weights. Did you notice anything missing from his routines? LEGS! Don't be that asshole at the gym who looks like a tree that could topple at any minute. There are three exercises that really ANYONE interested in getting stronger should be doing: squats, deadlifts, and benchpresses. You can work in some pull up days an…
