15	Sayings/Aphorisms that have taken on new meaning for you since accepting the facts? "Be yourself" That saying was completely beaten to death as I was growing up. Being myself got me absolutely fucking nowhere because I was (and still somewhat am) a bluepill beta. 1	Burning bridges I was a few years ago and have since cut back significantly on both porn and masturbating. I've actually been on nofap/noporn since the beginning of June so I'm not sure if my inability to keep it up could be attributed to those.
