Lmao this comment from you when you also post threads thinking your tinder is “elo bugged” because you only get matches from super likes. Thirsty and angry at the same time is a beautiful combination

Your still not hench enough unless your trying to keep your weight down for combat sports. Maybe when your at 78-80 kgs. On your one submitted post on Reddit you were 71kg at 26 years old hahahahah. Who are you comment on someone being "hench" (didn't know people actually used that word outside of parodying roadmen)

yep, i started weighing approx 196 lbs and 6'1. I go to a gym with some close friends, 1 is an ON sponsored athlete, another is an amateur competitor and another is the NABBA north east UK heavyweight champion for this year. I've had it easy in terms of learning from good people

skinny fats don't even need 1% of this post tbh. Pick a weekly routine, lift heavy as you can, get your protein in. That's it, that's all i've done. From 0 training history skinny fat to doing 160kg dead/100kg bench/120kg squat in 6 months. Noob gains are insane

Depends how drastic you want the cut to be, most recommend aiming for a loss of 1/2 lbs per week

Yeah if you can get all of your protein from good foods then bravo to you. I couldn't imagine having 3/4,000 cals per day of all good food And I can get nearly 100g of protein in a single shake so why not

Definitely, who recommends a 500 cal deficit per day lol. And the first bodybuilding guide I've ever read that says don't use protein powder

What? How about frank Zane? Bob Paris? They're all aesthetic.

Your chest is coming along decently but start going extra hard on the shoulders. Lateral raises and overhead press will bring the delts up

The first one isn't muscular at all, he's just lean enough to see abs, there's little development in his chest/delts/traps etc

Any source on that body not adapting to strength thing? Because I was introduced to the gym by my friends 3 of who compete and they put me straight on the splits. They're lifting insane weights. The biggest guy gets up to a 4 plate bench when bulking

Fair points, I'm not seeing it from a pure beginners point of view to be honest so my opinion is a bit skewed

3 different lifts a day? i'm struggling to see how you're gonna build mass on your chest by doing like 3 exercises on it spread over 6 days? For the bare minimum chest workout i'd do 5x5 bench press, 3x10 incline press, 3x10 incline dumbell, 3x10 hammer press machine, 3x10 cable flys.

am i getting it wrong or is an entire workout for stronglifts just 5 sets of squat, bench then row? Fuck that if it's correct. Get yourself a chest, back, legs then shoulders and arms day

Reddit as a whole wouldn't give a shit if trp left, that's just the plain truth. In the grand scale this sub is rather insignificant

I believe it's called common courtesy and being a gentleman. in my opinion the man pays unless she offers to split, refuse once and if she still insists then accept. So many egotistical guys on this sub. Paying for the meal doesn't mean you're trying to buy her, I bet 75% or more males all pay for the meal.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
