Maybe I'm playing the devils advocate here, but isn't this how our justice system should work? I would hope a man with the same lack of criminal record facing similar statutory rape charges would have these factors play a part in his sentencing.

About #4 - It literally says 120 days in jail in the title. That's more time than Brock Turner ended up having to serve (He had his six month sentence reduced to three months)

A 5'2 110 pound female reporter simply wouldn't let a 6'4 220 pound heavyweight UFC fighter throw her on the mat. I don't think this is a gender problem because no female in her right mind would ever let a male UFC fighter do that to her
