1	Last night i realized I suck to be around sometimes because I offer no value, but I honestly don't know how or where to start. Help? It's fine if you don't have many interests or hobbies. Sure, you'll need a couple to at least steer a conversation back into gear every now and again, but from advice I've heard it is far better to be interested than interesting. Get enthusiastic about other people and their interests. 1	Why invest in fitness, looks, clothes, hygiene, learning social skills, books, seduction... if the main goal is not to impress others? I guess you would call it a self fulfilling prophecy. Self-esteem is all about how you value yourself. Self esteem is going to increase when you invest in things that'll make you feel better about yourself.
