Congratz on the progress man but this isn't keto. You can't eat granola, lentils or beans in keto. With your over reliance on protein shakes you're not even close to correct macro distribution to be in ketosis. For keto you would need to be targeting around 75% of your calories from fat and you're at max like 40. Not trying to piss in your granola cereal just pointing out the macro distribution isn't proper if you're trying to enter a state of ketosis. 1	Have an Avengers Endgame poster without Brie :) No I understand the difference but for someone saying that females have been completely overlooked in the MCU is not correct. Females have been incredibly prevalent from the very beginning. I don't think Marvel should of been the first female headliner though. Widow has been apart of the universe for 8 years and has been on of the most popular characters. Giving her a movie is long overdue.
