Yup. In the mean time stand for women. Open doors for them. Open their car doors. Bring heavy stuff in. Protect them. So many men these days think men shouldn't have to do that because "equality" but they expose their own mediocrity. Do what's right. Not what's in. Women need our protection. Check on the women in your life regularly. Lead by example. Crime is increasing. Make sure the women in your life have protection against predators. I make sure all of my female friends are armed with tactic…

I wouldn't say so. However, it is true that you shouldn't invest in relationships where they only take and don't give unless they're family or something.

This. I'm a Muslim man and I love being that. Being Muslim gives me a strict skillsheet of what I should do and providing is one of them. Being the main provider and working hard appeals to me because it gives me a strict role. In Islam women have full rights.

I'm a very traditional man and RP belies tradition. Men arguing with women isn't tradition. Men thinking they shouldn't sacrifice for women isn't tradition. Men thinking they shouldn't provide isn't tradition. Men thinking women shouldn't be protected isn't tradition. Men not being responsible for their actions and not wifing a woman they get pregnant isn't tradition. Tradition isn't bad. Redpill is a warping of tradition that demeans women. Your definition of tradition is patriarchy. My definit…

That's a fair postulation. I just don't want you to think just because some men are conservative means they're sexist. I'm very protective of women partly because I feel it's my duty to protect and provide for instance. A woman without rights is a shackles family.

I don't really love white women. It's just that white women historically make their interest in me known. I'm an educated black man and none of the black women in my life were ever interested in me but I had white women come to my dorm room and beg to be with me or try to seduce me. So for me, it's not that I loved white women. I just loved women. And if a woman makes her interest known then I'll go after her. Unfortunately none of them were black. No offense, but I don't you read a thing I wrote. "There's a difference between watching porn and masturbation." Did you not read the part where it said that porn psychologically addicts the user? It alters the brain chemistry to expect more porn. When one quits porn and tries to masturbate now they can't get off without porn. You literally have to detox your brain off of porn to even masturbate naturally. Your comment presumes the idea that men are growing up being introduced to masturbation wi…

I think getting addicted to it, is where the problem lies. The problem is that porn is inherently addictive. As said, it's designed to be, especially porn streaming sites. First you start on the vanilla stuff. But then the vanilla stuff stops getting you off. Then you have to up the ante more and more until you get into truly depraved porn. Disgrace. For one, Muslims aren't supposed to commit zina. Much less date in a Haram way. Muslims marry; not date. He is a disgrace and is warping Islam. Is he an NoI "Muslim"? Women absolutely lead but we have certain responsibilities we must carry out. Women don't just follow without you carrying out your role to provide. To provide and sacrifice as a man is Islam. Not trying to get dates to force women into sex. May Allah guide him.

There's plenty of ex feminists. They're just often demonized by feminists or quiet about it. In fact there's a growing movement aligned with red pill where women are teaching the dangers of feminism like Chantelle on YouTube. I realized it was damaging my relationships with women, whether romantic or platonic, and assumed ill intent from any woman. I started to loathe and hate them. I realized RP was just a cover up for the fact I hadn't healed from the abuse - sexual and emotional - that I had received from women, that RP was cult like, and that I had too many leader attributes inside of me to mindlessly follow another man's picture of what a "real man" should be. Yes, a warning seems reasonable. Saying,"it's not you but their actions" is pretty idealistic, as if that will stop it from happening. It's good to be prepared and aware of potential dangers. Saying you shouldn't talk to them about this is like saying you shouldn't talk to your daughter about how she shouldn't accept drinks from strangers because it's the personal responsibility of men to not spike a drink. That is daft logic and isn't an actual proactive solution. Personally, I have hopes that …

Time to work on yourself then and stop blaming women for your failure to get with women. A lot of men make excuses too. Like my height or my looks or whatever when I live in NYC and pass by dozens of couples a day where the dude is like 5'5 and with a baddie. She's right only in the sense that women are continuously picking bad men. She fails where she's not placing any standards on men and excusing their behavior. Women can be extremely bad at mate selection but the men aren't growing either. It results in a situation where two parties are both are jaded towards the other and neither are responsible for their own actions or growth so men become cynical of women and women cynical of men. The biggest slight against them is their claim of TRP being natural when it goes against healthy male and female relationships. It is clearly unnatural. It needs to die.

TRP guys are guys that claim to be alpha while demanding a woman to "know her place." But any man worth his salt knows the value of a woman and lifts her up to be by his side. she responds with the same. The so-called alpha guys are the real betas. A man in touch with his masculinity doesn't have to try too hard. He just is. He also doesn't do many things that society tells him he's supposed to value, the way TRP followers endlessly yodel the commands of the so-called Alpha TRP leader on high. I…

I let my partner know of your struggle. Consider that you as a woman don't like being bunched up with other women, right? You're a woman, certainly, but you're also an individual. Try to see men the way you'd want to be seen: as an individual. It's hard though. First off, I don't think you should define a man that has sexist views as a "good man". I made the assumption seven years ago that black males hate fidelity and hate women, especially black ones." You would assume ill intent whether I said it or not. Hence, why many (key word, not all) black women are "utterly dysfunctional". You are on the same exact extreme. Hence, dysfunctional. I'm not sure why you're arguing that with me here on a sub called ex-red pill. I frequently vouch for women against red pilled men. Red pilled men hate women so I have no need to defend them. However, women aren't perfect either. It's a mixed bag of dysfunction.

No. My point is that the women don't know how to pick. You do not see that level of dysfunction in terms of numbers if both parties aren't doing what they need. Black women pick from a select pool of men. It's a small minority of men they're going for and these men often leave them broken. Women don't know how to pick and the number of good men seems limited. Essentially, the black community as it is now is one characterized by dysfunction on both ends of the table. These men place a woman's looks above all else, but these ladies might be more narcissistic than most women or even people in general, the red pillers apply this behavior to all women because they attribute a woman's worth through only her looks. My opinion and observation. In a society with creeping narcissism in the general population this is likely to happen more increasingly.

I didn't say looks aren't important. I'm telling you it shouldn't be the most important thing. Also many women are called beautiful all day every day. How are you going to get a woman by focusing on her looks? You've already lost the game. Also you're a Muslim, or at least you.claim to be. You should be looking for a wife and keeping your gaze down to begin with. Most men lack emotional intelligence. They are shallow and vain. A high quality woman - a grown woman with depth and is wife material …

Don't go for every woman. Look at a woman's values. Find them. Emotionally investing early will tell you if it's worth doing. If you place a woman's looks above all else you will miss out on finding similar values. If a woman doesn't fit you plan for the future, end it then. That is if you have a plan for the future. If you don't you've already messed up and should retreat. You as a man have no business going after women without a plan because you see, women like a man with a plan.

Who cares if it's easily debunked? Who cares if they're not representative of all men? Who said they were? (Oh right, the OP who attributed this to men and not red pilled men) The red pill operates like a cult and fires out catch phrase after catch phrase. Although the example given in the OP is horrific (Kenyan's?) one cursory glance on Red Pill YouTube will show that this is common Red Pill sentiment. You, as a poster on a sub called exredpill, are unaware of this sentiment. Which shows: A. Yo…

The general red pilled sentiment is that women in their 20's want to be independent and in their 30's panic because they're single and then give up in their 40's and give it all to Jesus. The tweet the OP picked is bad. The random stuff about Kenyan's especially is confusing. I will say that many women, particularly black women, have really, really unrealistic standards and realize when they don't match those standards they acquiesce but it's a mistake to attribute this to all women.

Patriarchy? Women overwhelmingly want men to lead. Women often don't want to make the first move. This is one of my issues with feminism: everything is patriarchy, even basic gender roles. Do you ask men out? If not you are a hypocrite. And yeah, women are individual. But I asked the girl out publicly and brought her roses. It was embarrassing so I never did it again. Many men are like this. You say sample size is one, but boys and men ask out a lot of girls and women and are rejected just as mu…

It's an observation of men dealing with rejection in general. Why continually do things that don't work? It's a mans job to initiate so he gets rejected a lot. You fine tune what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong. It might be extreme but it didn't work so why try again? It's similar to my thesis earlier on vulnerability. The problem with RedPill advice is that it recognises this phenomenon but refuses to say 'stay away from those kind of women'. That's fair. However this happens repeatedly so after a while you have no reason to trust the woman to be mature enough to handle male vulnerability. Men are very reactionary in how we solve problems. When I was in middle school I brought roses to a girl I liked. She said no thanks. I never bought roses for a girl outside of special occasions ever again. If a man opens up to a woman only for her close up, that's a sign. Religion helps. In Islam we are taught to lower our gaze and not look upon women as objects. Then, in life, you don't socialize with women being buddy buddy. This kills a lot of sexual angst as you're not readily exposed to a lot of women. Let's be honest: a lot of men that want to be friends with women abuse that in the hopes that "there's a chance" but men and women rarely can be friends. Low intelligence? A lot of these men are hurt. I got into red pill because I was dealing with the negative emotions tied to women emotionally abusing, sexually assaulting, manipulation, and overall bad behavior I've experienced from women. One YouTube search is enough to conjure up videos on "female nature" to explain "their" (I say that because this is universal human behavior and not just female behavior) and bam. These videos and communities feed on the vulnerabilities of men that are sufferi…

Ah yes, the "prize" argument. Real talk I never heard women defined as or even described as "the prize" before ever venturing into rp YouTube. There's something to be said about self respect and self love but in hindsight calling yourself a prize in a relationship context sounds hella narcissistic.

Red pill is mainstream at this point. It's so easy to get into it and find it

Work out on your body to make up for being short. If you're short you need to make up for it in one way: personality, looks, whatever. Height is an excuse. I see fellow short men with women all the time here in nyc.

Clubs? I don't go to clubs. Been talking to a woman on a dating app. Personally I've had lots of bad luck with dating apps. They're mostly for hook ups.

When I was first falling down the rabbithole I tried to go to r/menslib and stuff and they'd filter my posts so no one could read them. I couldn't ask questions there. I said I needed help and was scared I was becoming a sexist that hated women and they had nothing to offer. I begged for help on r/askwomen and same deal. They banned me despite my post admitting that I was sexually assaulted by women and emotionally abused. The moderator accused me of being a virgin or something. These things jus…

I stopped approaching weeks back because PUA tend to emphasize approaching women and some other channels suggested for women to pick you rather than you pick them. I approached lots of women, got a few numbers but they ended up playing me which fueled my red pill descent. As for how, I'd meet a woman that interested me, make a comment about something. I like intelligent women so I'd go for a woman reading a book. I'd comment on the book and we'd discuss what we were both reading. Hi, my name is …

Where do I start? I'm serious. I've been praying, working out, reading. How do I start?

For me it wasn't just one woman. It was multiple. Sexual assault. Emotional abuse. Insults. Manipulation. I started to attribute this to every woman I came across. When women flaked on dates and confirmed my bias.

Thanks for this. For some reason I'm not getting notifications for replies in this thread so I'm just now seeing this. Thanks for the informative response. I used to be a feminist so I'm well aware of the various strands particularly intersectional feminism. My criticisms of feminism were a big reason I eventually got red pilled. This was a helpful alternative view. My experience with feminists is that no matter their viewpoints, they're overly dismissive of men's viewpoints or go from 0 to 100 …

I barely responded to the entirety of your post not out of malice but because it was assumed I did this with ill intent. The other poster was far more informative and helpful.

Don't read FDS. Just like consuming red pill content, don't consume it.

Thank you for the helpful critique and good answer without judgement. I know feminists that criticize white feminism are out there. I should listen to them like you said.

Because I'm slowly unpacking red pill and recovery isn't an overnight thing. Please don't judge me. I'm trying.

Do you have suggestions on dealing with feminists? I've written a new thread on that subject I'm struggling with.

Thanks for the feedback. I just made a new thread about feminists and could use advice there too.

Are there anymore stories of female family members that have lost some of their male family to RP? I'd like to read/watch some.

I'd hide it...until the topic of women came up.

It would be but they live very far away. I've spent today talking to female friends because I learned you can't be friends with women as an RPer. I'll give mom and grandma a talk. :)

What are you talking about? I'm saying I was losing friends *because* I was red pilled. Please read the OP very slowly.

For being red pilled.

Cutting off your friend or insulting them because they’re being beta is really harsh. Correction: they cut me off. Please re-read.

I never shared my RP ideas with female (or male for that matter) family members.
