He does expalin that if I was in that position then I would have to discole that I am in fact a Gay White Guy because if I am asked about my sexuality then my sexuality could actually save me from discrimination and I am thankfull for the fact that my Homosexuality can save me from discriminaiton but that doesn't mean that I want to have to disclouse my homosexuality just to get a job

Then you should also understand that people from marginalized groups often does not like being called things we aren't. I am Gay and I object to being called LGBTQ In the strongest possible sense so if anyone is serious about promoting divserity then don't call us things we aren't. Having to accept the LGBTQ Label when applying for a job is very insulting so people really need to stop asking us to.

Being fit and Tall is attractive while being bald does not make you less attractive but I can make you more attractive while being insecure about balding could make you less attractive so you should shave your head already as it is holding you back and without it you would be attractive and then there is no reason to be insecure because you would be attracti´ve :)
