I can't wait for the slew of reports coming out that men are "creepy" and not "real men" for not doing their traditional role of picking up women. Just wait until the men start rejecting these women. Then, the hate will REALLY start to ramp up.

Notice the utter lack of facts, studies, or interviews that are brought to the table? Her screed is full of assumptions and projections about men. At no time does she make any sort effort to understand what men are thinking today, why they have gone their own way. Instead, she ASSIGNS motivations to the men that have nothing to do with reality. One might say that she is... PROJECTING her guilty status onto the men. Hmmm...

At least you know you'll be able to TRUST the person if you get a guy roommate! Peace at home is something that most people under-rate or simply aren't aware of until it's taken from them. Then, they would give almost anything to have it back! Btw, if you have a guy roommate (which is NORMAL) then you can still have a girlfriend. In that instance, you get the best of both worlds!

Here is a simple test for the author of the article: Reverse all of the "woman" / "women" and "man" / "men" and read it out loud. Then, quickly realize how biased and sexist you are.

I'm single. I have a deep sense of life satisfaction and peace in my home. I would love to be in a great relationship but only if I can get an equal amount of deep life satisfaction and peace in my home.

Carry Nation / Granny Hatchet / Molly Hatchet from the Prohibition Period. Even though she stressed "temperance", she had no problem with veiled threats of violence with a hatchet against men. If a man had done the same thing against women that she had done then that would have been considered misogyny.

In many Western culture countries, this is typical. My friend in Australia explained that her husband was screwed over by his ex wife for doing the exact same thing. Now, my friend is paying the price (financially and in time) for something that happened in a completely different relationship that she had nothing to do with.

The disparity between the men's shelters and women's shelters is SEXIST against men. Dr. Helen Smith, the author of "Men on Strike", noted that there only TWO men's shelters as compared to 1,500 women's and children's shelters in the entire country (I could be wrong on the exact numbers).

I think I understand your point. And, I appreciate you responding. My ultimate point is that men in western civilizations should absolutely NOT get married. We are fighting the forces of the law, the courts, government, law enforcement, the wives, and the culture. There is no way anyone here could ever rationally justify a man getting married using facts regarding the six forces I mentioned above.

Fair enough. If he can get that out of her then that might be a way to go. Let me play Devil's Advocate, though... Given the current cultural and political climate, do you see it as a possibility that a court could actually reverse such an agreement with the justification he "coerced" her into doing it and that they had an "unfair power dynamic" in his favor? IMHO, I can DEFINITELY see a family court judge rendering any such agreement as null and void, thus allowing the wife to take the husband …

It's definitely not rape as rape pertains entirely to non-consensual sex, not procreation. That said, this should be considered "human trafficking" as it is deals with non-consensual creation and utilizing of human beings for the purpose of personal gain (typically financial). Typically, human trafficking is a felony. IMHO, women who engage in this sort of behavior should be charged and tried for felonies.

That example is the VERY EMBODIMENT of why men GTOW. I'm sorry that happened to you. That said, I hope that lesson burns enough to motivate to you GTFO of being involved with the VAST MAJORITY of women. The majority of modern Western women have the three worst possible characteristics - fat, lazy, and arrogant. The sooner you accept that and adjust your life accordingly the sooner you will have internal peace. Best of fortune to you, my friend!

In the U.S., it varies from state-to-state. Some states absolutely respect the right to self defense and codify those rights into laws. Other states have laws that flat-out say that the victim does not have rights and that the perpetrator has all of the rights.

Technical, you are correct. Buuut, it is fairly common for gay couples to adopt children. In those instances of divorce, one of the parents can be totally screwed out of custody because of our corrupt family court system. It is entirely possible for a man (heterosexual or homosexual or bisexual) to be run through the proverbial legal wringer, regardless of sexual orientation. I wouldn't count on audio recordings. The family courts and criminal courts are known to throw that type of evidence out ad hoc. I think you're leaving yourself open for civil and criminal actions against yourself. Please be careful.

Get Dr. Helen Smith's book "Men On Strike" and ask her to read it. Dr. Smith did an EXCELLENT job of laying out the case for going MGTOW. Then, ask her to discuss the book with you. Basically, put the onus on her to do a little work. If she's not willing to do a tiny bit of work to make her case for getting into marriage then you understand how little effort you should be putting into helping your mom understand your position.

"Lack of good men"?? Please... Most of the guys out here are GOOD MEN. The problem is women who IGNORE the good men and gravitate towards the BAD BOYS. Throughout history, men have done their part for women. The REAL problem is government that gets in the way and makes contradictory demands of men, thus driving the GOOD MEN out of relationships.

As men, PAIN is usually our best teacher and greatest motivator. That can be pain that we experience directly or pain that we observe another person experience. If you really want TO KNOW great suffering and the wisdom that MIGHT accompany it then you must endure that pain entirely on your own (without a group of people in a chat room). That is the only way to be beaten into an instrument of high performance and caliber. You want to know what it's like to be with a woman? You want the motivation…

(Without trying to argumentative here) Why would you want to "bargain" with NAWALT?? Consider that you're fighting three forces that have been arrayed against you for the past six decades - women's nature, government, and the modern feminist culture. Why should a divorce be treated like a bankruptcy? If both parties are fine with abiding by the nuptial agreement, why should all assets be sold and/or liquidated in a short period of time? What is the useful purpose in doing that? How did you arrive at these government forced actions?

In regards to the rest of you posting (paragraphs 2 - 4), actually, that entire framework that I'm proposing accounts for what you brought up. If those issues are important to the two parties then they can make them a part of the nuptial agreement. The two parties have the opportunity to reach a fully vetted agreement prior to marriage. If they don't cover those topics then they aren't a part of the agreement and they cannot be brought up in court. It's pretty straightforward.

The main issue here that I see is that of child support. If the parents had children without marrying either by planning to have kids or by agreeing to continue an unexpected pregnancy, what is supposed to happen? No child support isn't an option here, both parents took on a responsibility to their children. There has to be a default way to measure it without nuptials because the reality is that not everyone is going to sign a contract before having kids. Actually, no child support IS an optio…

I reject the premise of the question. The majority of the men here are not "bitter" about women; they're AWARE of women's nature now. Consequently, they're supporting each other by providing wisdom about the nature of women as well as how to be independent in life in general. I think it's pretty obvious that your question isn't genuine, but instead an accusation and a put-down masked as a question.

If we're going for transparency, how about the females having to disclose facts about themselves? How about having to disclose if they are pregnant before taking a job or plan to get pregnant and taking time off from work? What about having to post their menstrual cycle schedule publicly so that we can get an idea when they won't be effective at work or won't even be able to go to work at all? How about having to disclose who they're having sex with at work so that we have a complete understandi…

I appreciate your attitude of being prepared. More people should have that stance about more things in life. That said... IMHO, it would be completely useless. Let's say that you find a realistic attorney who gives you good advice on the current legal topology. That means NOTHING. The reason why is due to the fact that women, laws, regulations, companies, culture, courts, and judges are capricious (fickle, change with the wind). You could follow everything that that lawyer says to do and you wou…

Spot on. Family law and family courts are a complete travesty of justice and individual rights. No 4th Amendment protections. No legal consequences for perjury or suborning perjury. No ramifications for fraud. No protections against "red flag" laws. And, because of these lack of consequences, women and judges are getting away with raking men over the coals. MGTOW men have seen the effects of family law and family courts and they have individually made the rational decision to STAY AWAY. America,…

"The Art of Seduction" by Robert Greene. I cannot recommend this one enough. I was BEATING MYSELF OVER THE HEAD as I read this book. So many times, I finally saw the tactics and methods that people had used on me over the years and how I had succumbed to them. I can summarize that book in one word - DECEPTION. The author does an excellent job of illustrating how deception is THE primary method for seducing someone. Please keep in mind that "seduction" is not about sex; it's about BENDING SOMEONE…

It used to be that only men who were in the Armed Service, the Merchant Marines, prisoners, bikers, and people from the Pacific got tattoos. These tattoos were definitely more tribal in nature. And, they were EARNED. They were a sign to those who didn't have tattoos that this was a person who had probably chosen a certain life path that was FAR FROM THE NORM. But, this has changed DRASTICALLY. Now, tattoos are mainstream and attention seeking. They may be called "art" or a "fashion statement" or…

Let's be fair to those guys; they haven't taken the Red Pill. They don't understand women's true nature. The poster is just asking, "What if...?" He's not trying to tell other people to live MGTOW or foment rebellion. If I could delve a little into psychology: People go back to the casinos and date these "red flag" women for pretty much the same underlying reason - EGO. In both instances, these individuals have such MASSIVE egos that they feel that the odds don't apply to them. They feel that THEY are the exception to the rule, that they are the ONE PERSON on the FACE OF THE PLANET who can figure out how to beat the odds. And, to add insult to injury, when they are don't succeed they CONTINUE TO GO DOWN THE…

I listened to Tom Leykis for several years (approximately 1999 - 2008) and read an article by Glenn Sacks (HisSide_com) around 2001. The Sacks article reported that men were "going on strike" from marriage in droves because they were making grassroots, rational decisions based upon the current cultural and legal climates. It's been nothing but an upward and enlightening journey since then! For me, shaking off the cultural pressures to take on responsibilities that are no longer respected (in fac…

Sure. NAWALT = "Not All Women Are Like That." It is the basic (and usually offended) response that is given as a rationalization when MGTOW / red pill guys point out that women are a certain way (i.e. cheaters, attention whores, back-stabbers, etc.). Of course, it's not 100% of women, but that's not the point. The point is that the VAST MAJORITY (80% - 95%) of women fall into those categories. When people (usually women or simps or blue pill men) hear MGTOW gentlemen talk this way they respond e…

Red flags are not about absolutes; they are "statistical indicators". Look at this way -- In the same way that "Not All Women Are Like That" (NAWALT) means that not all (100%) of women are cheaters and back-stabbers but the MGTOW response is that enough women (80% - 95%) are cheaters and back-stabbers to justify being leary of those crappy odds. Someone else in this thread correctly pointed out that tattoos are a significant sign of "attention seeking behavior". Any one sign / red flag is not en…

Good question. In general, it's a great way for me to study human behavior up close and personally. It's a great way to get away from the abstract concepts of "most women are liars and cheaters" and to see it in action for myself. This has sharpened my skill at being able to pick out when they are lying and / or omitting the truth. Most of the people I hangout with are females. It's always platonic. They run the gambit of single (never married), single mothers, and currently married. About half have kids.
