| 5 | Even Alphas get cheated on. AWALTWith TRP's proclivity to lifting I'm a surpised that everyone is ignoring the elephant in the room. Yes, AWALT, but the second lesson here is that the two guys who lift got the shit beaten out of them by the kickboxer. I fully understand and endorse lifting, it does make you look and feel better, but you're a fool if you think that looks and feelings are going to help you when push literally comes to shove.
