How? That "Everything is my fault" mentality is just a manifestation of bad ego. Taking accountability is good but not with that frame. It becomes a covert contract "If I'm perfect she won't leave".

Wrong answer. It doesn't matter if it's his fault or not. That chick is probably crazy as AF yet you think OP has really that much influence? He can and MUST do better, no matter who is at fault, who cares?

Care less. Going by the book, if you think you might be losing frame, then you are. Seems to me like you are being too worried on what her reaction is to everything. You are guiding your behavior through her feedback. Stop trying to be alpha or be witty or funny or whatever just to prove something to her. Frame is who you are. Act according to your values and objectives, regardless of whatever reaction she might have. If she is being bitchy, and that is making you feel less like talking to her, …

I refuse to believe and adult could have seriously written a post like this. The whole sidebar went completely over your head

You are basically asking what could have been a good comeback to "you are a poopy head". It doesnt matter. Stop trying to be some sassy witty highschool girl. If she is coming at you with nonsense, dismiss it.

Make sure you dont make a habit out of being touchy and loving as a response to her being a bitch. That is rewarding bad behavior. You can do what you said if her emotions are result of dread and anxiety, you might want to treat it as a comfort test. But if shes being an asshole, dont act like a teddy bear. She is not entitled to you handling her emotions. The worst response tho, would be talking back, arguing, explaining, defending, etc. Fog, use negative enquiry and listen. If she is behaving …

I have a middle ground opinion on this. You making this a big deal probably made you look like a huge pussy. That is why she tests you so much, its clear you are a dramatic man. So you are giving her feels but at the same time you dont give her the perception of having frame. You can either calm the waters playfully teasing her about the hoodie and fucking the shit out of her while she wears it, making it clear you never cared about it that much anyways. Or you shut the fuck up and just remove y…

Was she like this at first? Or even better, did she have a good sex drive at first? If she was never that much into sex, then it's a lost cause. Sex is what makes her your girl and not your buddy, so don't feel guilty because dumping her is 100% justified. Her initial attraction towards you shows her perception of you. If after time she changes, it's due to comfort and loss of Frame, but that is assuming it was good, if that's not the case, then she'll never change her perception of you

Honestly, your case sounds like it was made to be an example for NMMNG. Covert contracts seem like your biggest issue. Your top priority, seriously, should be reading No more mister nice guy, When I Say No, I feel guilty, and Practical Female Psychology. If you take this seriously and read them all in a month, you will see huge improvements. Also, Rian Stone on YouTube has a channel where he goes through the books I mentioned earlier. Look it up on YouTube. Consider asking him for some 1on1, but…

Maybe, problem is, if im leaving out something it's probably something I'm clueless enough to not even consider. Before we were in a relationship she would constantly tease me about being a fuckboy and complain about thinking I didn't take her seriously. Then after being in a relationship her complaints changed to the idea of me never making her feel reassured that I really cared about her. Like that I never gave her compliments or that I would never say I even liked her. At first I didn't mind …

Well I'm just trying to know the most practical thing to do in terms of handling their nature. From what I've read, it's normal for women to complain about things that are not even true, and when you fall for it, it makes you look weak, it lowers attraction and when you engage in the BS, it actually validates her argument, reinforcing the false narrative. I'm assuming you mean that as long as in my opinion I'm not in the wrong, to act accordingly? But what if I'm blind to my own coldness? Light …

This reminds me of the 1000 foot rope analogy from Rian Stone. Basically you can only focus on doing your best, and probably she is going to eventually get it and things will get better, but as if she was a boat attached to you by a 1000 foot rope, it will take some time before things change

Yes i figured thats whats going on, and also why i decided to burn bridges by ignoring her hbd message. But mostly i wanted to know the perspective you guys have on what i said about this part. how do you know o which extent you are fucking up badly or your girl is too difficult? One part of me feels like it's all my fault because at the end of the day if I had my game on point things would just work out no matter what, or maybe it is that I can't seem to fit in my head that just because there w…

Thank you. Can you elaborate more on the "You are always most likely to be in the longest checkout line like that."?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
