Don't live your life trying to improve your SMV to get with absolute trash. Knock your sights down a few notches and don't be overly concerned about your own appearance. 1	The line "There are plenty more fish in the sea" sounds like the perfect thing to say to a man after a breakup. It's not. Here's why. I agree with the sentiment, but disagree overall. There can be more factors at play to a fuckup like this than just the man's SMV dropping. Not succeeding with a woman doesn't immediately and end-all mean that your SMV's dropped. As someone pointed out on TRP a while ago, a big problem with many men is that they think they MUST become something great and be remembered by history or else they have no worth. 1	8 Months in, still can't cope with alot of things regarding hate towards women, could really use advice on ONS, I'm just really fucking angry. I know the hate feeling very well, but let me tell you that lashing out and trying to be an antagonist, lying, bullshitting people and manipulating them is not the way to go. You're no better than the ones you hate if you do this, as cliche as that sounds. Focus on being a better person yourself and ignore everyone else's bullshit. 1	The more I read, the more depressive it becomes I sympathize more with MGTOW increasingly. While I fully agree with TRP and want follow it, I can agree that it seems all women except your mother are batshit insane and will fuck you over every chance they get whether they want to or not.
