I wouldn't mind either. I think the world could stand to be less scared of seeing nudity or being seen naked. I think gender segregation is kind of unnecessary. However, I think that people deserve privacy if they want it, and while I don't think being labeled a sexual predator and being jailed is entirely appropriate for any gender in this type of situation, I do think they deserve some punishment for blatantly invading people's privacy. I don't see how a private individual perceiving that another individual invaded his privacy counts as damage. Did he steal the footage from some sort of private repository or something? I can understand stealing private data.

If you have an objection based on more than envy, then object. As far as anyone is concerned, nobody owes anybody more than the baseline-- in this case, the law being carried out as it was intended. I could object to this consistent forgiveness for speeders, because it can create an expectation of immunity in some cases, and is not properly ruling by the law.

The definition of sexism I see: "prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination, typically against women, on the basis of sex." The definition of discrimination I see: "the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex." Positive treatment of one group, and neutral treatment of another is neither unjust nor prejudicial.
