1	My friend (Alpha) is asking me (Beta) to be his best man at his wedding, and I'm jealous. You have a few options, but mainly just the two obvious ones. You could let that jealousy consume you and continue the animosity towards him, or you could choose to be happy for him and set that jealousy aside. However there is a third option that might make more sense. Ignoring feelings of jealousy is never easy, but instead of letting them fester, you can use them to work in your favor.
