| 3 | How much time would a man get for doing this?I mean, you're just wrong. Here is a guy from the same city and county as the nurse that has been caught like 7 times. He didn't get a prison term until he pleaded guilty after the 5th occurance. Plea bargains are the de facto outcome in many criminal cases, save the worst of the worst, and even THOSE are handled with a plea bargain 75% of the time.
