All I'm saying is OP has deliberately tried to frame this story as proof in court that Kesha falsely claimed to have been raped when that's not what happened. But for Dr Luke, I'd say that's a big part of why he's chasing a defamation ruling. He'll likely get paid but he will also have a civil ruling that does say he was falsely accused. That probably will happen but so far it hasn't.
