The double standard is very logical. Low value women sleep around. High value men sleep around. High value women are virgins. Low value men are virgins. WHY is this complicated to you? This is common sense.

I do 100% agree with your scientific take, however, you are implying that what is natural is what is desirable in a society. Just because promiscuity is natural, does not mean it is desirable. In fact, rape, murder, and genocide are all very natural things that are technically "desirable traits" from an evolutionary perspective.
