1	Does this count? I think that's a bit too much of a general statement. The NHS mental health services are currently abysmal, as is clear in this story, but I don't think that it being a nationalised health service is the cause of that necessarily. Services have been cut and underfunded for decades, and mental health institutions have been closed to save on cost. It was revealed during sentencing that Jeska had twice asked for psychiatric help from the NHS prior to the attacks, but had not been referred for any treatment."
