His inbox is exploding with dumb women and bots who nobody here should be legitimately interested in anyways. You could make the same profile with a 10/10 woman with “cunt” tattoed on her face and men would still swipe right. I don’t understand the point here besides that there are a ton of idiots and bots on dating sites interested in matching with each other. Men with frame and good values will always attract and keep better quality women than fuckboys and punks.

If you have a busy life and are comfortable with where you’re at, 3 days is enough each week. I usually do Bench+Squat+Accessories on 2 of the days and Deadlift+Incline/Overhead+Accessories on 1 middle day. Then I fit in cardio and abs when I have time throughout the week. If you have a lot of time on your hands and are dedicated to improvement I’d say do PPL or NSUNS. I made the most strength progress with NSUNS and the most size progress with PPL.

My suggestion is DM the current bf and tell him the situation. Don’t ask his permission to fuck or anything like that. Just be like “look dude, my ex gf hit me up and talked all this shit about you and wants to reconnect with me. Im trying to be a good person and wanted to let you know. Let me know if you want to get drinks. Sorry, this shit sucks - I know.” Basically tell him what’s happening. If he mans up and breaks up with the girl, you might have a new bro and can feel good knowing you help…

For deadlift you can replace by doing trap bar deadlifts or single leg deadlifts. Sumo is good too but it’s closer to a squat imo. Many pro athletes do trap bar because it’s less dangerous for your back. Tbh I think trap bar are better unless you are doing professional lifting. I like single leg deadlifts with a kettlebell too, I feel like I get a good burn in my legs and lower back when I do them even though the weight isn’t as high. It’s good for balance as well.

My current ltr is pretty conservative and we didn’t have sex at all in the first month of dating. I would say keep going out, but don’t spend much money on dates or anything. She is most likely looking for commitment, which you shouldn’t ever give her unless you are looking for an LTR rather than plates. I would use commitment as the reward for her having sex with you (if you are into commitment - I know many here aren’t). Don’t give her the reward though until you are sexually satisfied.

Yeah that was a mistake. You should’ve just left it alone. She would either A forget about you or B give in and go on a date. Now she is going to show the internet or her friends lol

She is most definitely seeing or talking to another guy right now, and you are one of her backup options if it doesn’t work out with her number 1

I would keep the band and switch from cross country to track. Track would be better suited to your lifting goals and you could probably even convince the coaches to let you do weight training. Kill two birds with one stone while getting to keep your band and sport (I would guess many cross country kids do track as well anyways).

Trp is only against video games when it is an addiction, something preventing you from doing healthy things like going to the gym or being social. I wouldnt make video games your entire life, but there is definitely room for them, especially if you can earn money and gain popularity while doing it.

I text nearly immediately. If they flake or ghost you, it was going to happen anyways - you find out sooner at least. If they are interested in you, you can meet up sooner and get things moving faster.

If you plan on living near your college for the next 3-4 years, buy a house there and rent out rooms to friends. Basically you are making an investment in realestate which will gain value, other people are paying rent for your equity, and you have complete control over your own home life (can throw epic parties, can have a hottub, etc). This is exactly what I am doing. I pay $0 per month towards my mortgage since my roommates are all paying rent to cover it. I basically get to live in a house fo…

Yes. The girl will always ask first and bring up exclusivity if you are her #1. 1 important thing, do not ask the girl you are currently seeing if you are exclusive or allowed to see other girls. It will definitely end things (speaking from bp experience). Its up to you if you want to kill other options and risk it all on girl 1 or if you want to meet other women and risk girl 1 getting pissed because she had assumed exclusivity. If you want to expedite things, maybe casually mention to girl 1 t…

To each their own, but I would rather be sexless than waste my time, money, and health chasing the thrill of nightlife adventures. I would rather go out to delicious dinner with an LTR, go back home to my spa and get head in bed on a weeknight than spend hours validating losers, pretending to have fun, and acting like a monkey for attention. I also just hate the majority of people, and crowded places is the opposite of a fun time for me after a hard week of work. Why go out to some shitty club w…

Save yourself the trouble/heartbreak and never go exclusive until the girl asks and the girl is worth it. The weakest thing you can do in a relationship is care about exclusivity early on.

If you stop going now, people will catch up to you by the time you get to college. If you are ok with being average, then stop going. If you want to continue being ahead of everyone else, keep pressing. If it's truly a pain, just go down to a 3 day a week routine.

Make sure mom has time to read to him and cook for him and that you have time to play sports with him and jokw with him. Make sure he is top reading level and his schedule is packed once he starts school. Keep him away from the tv and outside playing sports. 1 big thing that nobody talks about is that you should try and make sure your kid is one of the oldest in his class. Better odds that he will reach puberty quicker which will help him early on with being the best at sports, gaining confidenc…

I played all the way around and we won league. Most people on our team picked up the game once they got to highschool. I'm 6'3" and have a pretty good vert I think since I can dunk. Im in norcal- I think mens volleyball competition wise can differ alot based on location though. Our final game I remember I blocked some black guy who had a D1 scholarship 3 times in a row lol. You can also look into more specialty sports like rafting, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, etc. Those will be more enjoyable post high school, get you outdoors, have plenty of hot women, and seem to rely less on talent and more on fitness and practice. I remember the skii and snowboard club at my college had the most ridiculous parties.

Rec sports keep you busy, you meet more friends outside of your high school, and you will get better at sports for when it comes time to play in college+ (as everything becomes rec after that point). They are also less committment- usually 2 practices a week and a game on weekends vs practice every day. You can also build your skills playing those sports and maybe compete for a spot in your school later on. For example, I feel like if you played soccer enough on your own and upped your already d…

The only difference between a weeb and a chad is confidence and attractiveness. You should like whatever you like and not worry about what other people think of you. Just beware that it is harder to meet hot women into videogames and anime than it is to meet hot women into rock climbing and kayaking. Make an effort to be well rounded.

Volleyball was pretty easy if youre coordinated and tall. I had never played before my junior year of high school and ended up winning mvp of the team my senior year. Everyone on the team was chill too because nobody took it seriously. Every practice we would goof off to the point that our coaches kept quitting. Whats funny though is even though we didn't care, we won most of our games. If you have a school where the team are all tryhards though dont play. Id say something like rowing, golf, ten…

My take would to be just ignore the dude. Then just show the girl that her cheating doesn't even matter to you. If it's an LTR, ghost her if she isn't worth the effort or just silently demote her into a plate and start seeing other girls. If it's a plate, you shouldn't care in the first place. It's not worth the energy to stir up drama when you can simply move on and forget, especially since girls tends to crave the drama. Moving on and forgetting is honestly the best weapon you have, because it…

You should probably eat a lot more. It's not even worth worrying about being lean until you make it to the 1000 club, and even then you should get beyond that first. I would reccomend eating 4 meals a day. Meal 1 a protein shake (or eggs if you like then) and some sort of carbs (bagel, toast, muffin, etc). Meal 2 a lean meat (chicken, fish, turkey) and veggies. Meal 3 a pick-me-up pbj or similar 500 cal snack before you head to the gym. Meal 4 a red meat (steak, ground beef), carbs (potatoes, pa…

I think you can balance it just fine as long as you listen to your body at first. I like to workout a lot, but also love playing basketball to the point where I'll spend 2 hours maybe twice a week playing fullcourt 5v5s. This absolutely kills my legs, so I make sure I only have arm routines for the days after. Getting exercise through a sport is the best 2for1 though. I'm always in a great mood after sports and enjoy the social aspect. I actually met a majority of my friends in college just by g…

Keep lifting. Will help your confidence and frame immensely. What I found to help me the most was forcing myself into uncomfortable social situations. For example, find a corec sports league at your city or university and sign up for a team alone as a free agent. Go in with the frame of mind that you aren't going to try and mess around with any girl on the team. It is much easier to socialize when you have something in common to talk about and are only interested in finding friends. Eventually a…

TRP is the one thing that finally motivated me to start loving myself. Got me to work harder, lift, and be more social. I used to be pretty depressed and socially anxious and didn't understand why people didn't like me. The truth that the red pill taught me was that it was because I didn't like myself. TRP didnt teach me to hate women or be "alpha", it taught me to accept that some things are out of my control and to focus on the things that are in my control, the same thing that stoicism teache…

Wealth can help you so it would hurt to hide it. Best option for you I'd say would be to let girls figure out that you're wealthy on their own. Don't flaunt wealth or anything, but leave subtle hints that let them "find out on their own". Then girls will see you as both high status and humble.

Im 6'3" and in great shape, im also a pacifist though so I literally never get into fights. I wouldnt worry about that. I think having my own place would be dope, but it might be even better to save up a little more money so I can capitalize once the housing market dips (I know it wont crash again, but sooner or later it will fall back down a bit). My social circle is pretty bleak because i just moved home from college and most of my old friends are gone. Any tips for finding quality roommates?

Yeah, i had roommates in college because it was a necessity for money. Now that I have money, the situation is different. I always liked having roommates, but I would have to find a great set of roommates to make it worth it at this point.

I give 3ish dates. First date should be easy and less than an hour. Coffee or froyo. Figure out if they are a hoe or catfish and if their personality is passable. I usually schedule like a friday or saturday date and then try and squeeze in this easy predate during the week so they dont lose interest. Only light touching and hugs on date 1. 2nd date is the real deal. If you dont end up at least kissing or feeling her everywhere, then you should probably move on because your opportunity is gone. …

Not worth it to think hard for an opener. Just say their name. If they respond, they are interested and you can think of something then. If they dont respond, they were never interested, so you didn't waste time thinking of something clever to say.

If you are in great shape and have a bachelors in electrical engineering, your problem is probably social anxiety. I'm guessing you are a great texter, but shy as fuck in real life. The escort experience should help you when you actually have sex, but to really help yourself, you need to put yourself in uncomfortable situations. That doesn't make any sense why they wouldn't let you come. The dude sounds like a real POS to set up a 1on1 trip with a girl whos already in an LTR. My move would be to try and set up some sort of lunch/dinner or something with both of them beforehand so you can get to know him. If she says no, then its obvious that youve gotta next. If she says yes, you should be able to tell his intentions at the lunch/dinner, even ask about the upcoming trek.

Most jog or do bodyweight workouts like pilates. Think about it too though. If these women can make themselves as attractive as possible, they can probably get any man they want. +1 on diet. Definitely experiment with dairy and gluten. I would eat yogurt and drink milk nearly every morning, and would always feel gassy and bloated. Cut out the yogurt and switched to almond milk and now I don't have those issues any more. Gluten can be the same way, and can even effect sleep.

Wake up before 6 and go to sleep before 11 on most days. Gym before class nearly every morning. Join the club for your major. Look for the most successful looking people at the first club meeting and introduce yourself to them. Network and put in the work here. It's important imo to sleep how much your body tells you to. Lebron mentions sleeping 12 hours per day. Meanwhile, Kobe claims to sleep 3-4. Arnold says 6. It depends on you. Usually 7-9 is correct for the average person. Just have to test out different schedules until you find something that works. A routine is very important as well to improve sleep hygiene. Sleeping 6 hr per night on a scheduled 12-6 will likely be just as good as sleeping 8hr from 12am-8am one day, 3am-11am the next, 10pm-6a…

At the end of the day, you just have to weigh your options. Ebay you will probably sell more items, but make less profit per item. If you are selling alot of stuff, it is definitely better than Craigslist/OfferUp. Depends. Craigslist involves more driving and risk since you deal with local people, although if you find the right person you can make more money on a deal. eBay you can do from home and matches you with way more potential buyers, but you have to pay for shipping and eBay's auction fee. I would say that eBay is better overall, but not until you get your seller rating up to a certain point. Make sure you watch out for scammers.

Buy things cheap online via liquidation auctions or Craigslist and then resell them on eBay. Best way to do this is find a niche object and learn everything about it and the market rates. My friend made a bunch of money buying pond filtration systems on a liquidation site and then selling them for like 4-5x as much on ebay. I'd say go on tinder and use it as a practice ground. Swipe right and talk to everyone, see what they are receptive too. Otherwise you could listen to stand up comedy from time to time. I like to listen to it in the car. A show that made me better at improvisational comedy is Whose Line Is It. Be caught up in all news, even news you aren't interested. Not just homeless people are poor. There are plenty of lonely, depressed, people out there in every country at every economic level. Sometimes all it takes to help someone is a kind gesture like asking how their day is going or giving a friendly smile. All of the incels all talked shit and said horrible things, but is there actually evidence that most believed any of the ridiculous things? Do you truly believe every subscriber revered Elliot Rogers as a saint? No. The vast majority are just ugly depressed teens laughing at edgy hyperbole humor. Subs like imgoingtohellforthis still exist despite constant jokes about genocide and rape. No matter what I think this sub will be banned soon. The only excuse the admins apparently need is one autistic teenager with a regular mgtow post history to make a comment in a different sub condoning rape.

The precedent surrounding the way the sub was banned is scary. I mean, there were some complete assholes among the incels, but a good amount were just depressed people making edgy jokes, the epitome of every subreddit. If it was truly banned because just 1 person asked how to get away with rape, then that is fucked. Could've been some inceltears person just trolling and making easy fodder for karma. Not only that, but the ban of a sub over just 1 or a few psychos is ridiculous. Every sub could b…

The more people who feel like you do, the harder it is for me to make friends. I feel like a lot of drinkers dislike non-drinkers because they feel like these non-drinkers think that they are perfect, without vice, and better than everyone else for something as artificial as taking a drink. Many non-drinkers have perfectly reasonable excuses to not drink. I, for example, don't drink because I grew up with alcoholic parents. After countless dissapointments caused by alcohol, such as getting locke…

If you want something in your field and have no connections, you pretty much have to shoot your load at every opportunity possible and hope you get lucky. Your best case scenario is your dad or some other family member knows somebody who knows somebody in the industry and you get straight into an interview. Otherwise, it's gonna be a numbers game. 25+ isn't enough to feel sorry for yourself yet. Wait until you get up to like 500+.

That's the most suffering pill to take. Your personality, your charm, your ambition, and your values remain constant, but as your ambition starts to show itself, as you go from chubby to ripped, poor to wealthy, loser to popular, only then do people value you. What matters most to others is how you appear, not who you are. Some here might preach the redpill, to try your best to appear like you are a great person. This is why I deleted nearly everyone from my facebook and refuse to add women who I know. Even girls I'm friends with I won't friend until they add me first. Your career can be ruined simply for looking creepy. One time I added a girl on facebook from my friend group who I just met and almost immediately after, the social group shunned me and stopped inviting me places.

Small things like this will lose you friends, make it so you can't get invited to parties or even hangouts, and label you as boring. I've had many women laugh or lose interest based simply on the fact that I don't drink. What used to be a moral quality is now seen as being a boring loser. If you are wealthy the only option you have for a somewhat healthy ltr is going for girls who are wealthy themselves, which are few and far between. Most women not as wealthy will be looking to use you imo. You can respond to this in 3 ways: (1) taking advantage by being cautious, tempting them with money, and never letting them near your bank account. Can take precautions to avoid false rape allegations, avoid pregnancy, etc. (2) you can just avoid all these women who aren't wealthy, the proper…

I think most of us here are without hate. We expect the worst in women. It's the only way to avoid being let down over and over again. I don't hate women for acting the way they do. I understand that every woman wants to have the best possible man in their life. This is common sense. They will always leave you for someone more attractive, wealthy, and popular. Whenever someone says they can't hang out because they're studying, I take it as them just not wanting to hang out. Guys and girls do this. Alot of people on here are assholes. You should offer to help if she needs anything. If you want to go above and beyond, bring her a casserole or flowers or something. Would reccomend leaving her with family for the interim. Don't treat her like nothing though simply because she's a plate. Treat her like a human being and a friend, how you would want to be treated. It's only creepy to a girl if she thinks you aren't attractive, which means it's completely subjective. No girl would disapprove of Brad Pitt cold approaching them. If you are confident and don't mind getting rejected, then it doesn't matter coming across as creepy. Just don't cold approach in scenarios that could come back to bite you in the ass (like at work).

I wouldnt reccomend cutting all social media. The 3 I keep are LinkedIn, facebook, and snapchat. LinkedIn for professional shit. Facebook for keeping contact with good friends and family. Snapchat for friends and girls (also because it's less permanent). I like snapchat because you can use it as dread game by taking videos or pictures of cool shit you do while away from plates. It used to be a hobby, but nowadays lifting is a requirement for men. You can tailor the way you lift to a different hobby though. I assume you're in college. If you're looking to get out of monk mode, you should at least be in good enough shape to get matches on tinder (I use this as a general threshold). I'd recommend just making friends with girls in class or even via tinder. Mark some of them as girls you will never Fuck, and then it will make it easier to talk to them. The key is to make a broad network of friends who are girls because then that gives you access to all of their extended friends, who are fair game.

The ideal family dynamic 20-30 years from now, for me at least, is a man living on his own in a comfortable house with his best friend (his dog). You should be lifting based on what you want, not what anybody else wants. If you love being strong and lifting heavy weights, keep doing what you love. If you want a better looking body to have a better chance to get laid, then do that. In the end, Id say you're probably better off sticking with a hobby that you love rather than giving up potential progress. If you want both sides of the coin, maybe set a powerlifting goal and once you complete your goal, go on a cut and see how you like it.
