I don't even see how you guys can work professionally with women. I'm an engineering student ATM and there isn't a single competent women in my graduating class. Anytime a female student speaks to another student its to ask for help or for solutions to problems. When I get assigned to work on a project with one all she'll do is make mistakes and try to slow our progress by complaining that I don't explain every little thing to her. Literally is like working with a child.

I have a friend whose dad is literally in a wheelchair, and was crippled since before meeting his mom. Don't know how you can show much more weakness that but his parents are still going strong even after the kids moved out. I think AWALT is more specific to our generation, as todays women have given up on traditional values. Imo it makes sense based on evolutionary psychology. In todays society women no longer have to be concerned about their security. Thus they can eliminate that trait from the list of traits that they look for in men they want to reproduce with. However women also want to be validated, and that is separate from their reproductive needs. It's honestly great for us because it widens the gap between alphas and betas. Aka it makes betas more beta and that means less competition for us.

Both my parents are deadbeats. They don't have social skills and avoid confrontation whenever possible. My dad is one of the best engineers at his company but refuses all promotions to leadership positions. You should be glad for what you've got.

I leave my phone either in the house or in the car if I go out. It helps me stay focused and not be able to get a "fix" of dopamine from checking messages/social-media when I get bored and instead do something productive. Feels 100 times better when I get back home satisfied with my productiveness and then I don't even need to check whatever could be waiting on my phone.
