I think we need to be more calculative of how we are perceived, and work towards the messaging we are giving. no we do not, noone's opinion should concern your analysis of the truth I have also reported you for concern trolling, although I think you should learn why first

Like many others, we are often fast-balled problems that have nothing to do with our primary service(,) due to the massive ethos we carry(,) when it comes to soothing client-ass-pain.(what? clients' problems? Is this even a saying?) That said, there is a (marked: unnecessary) difference in the way female accounts staff (do you mean, how a woman or man colleague will tell their superiors or coworkers, or you mean they work in the accounting department) and male accounts staff approach something t…

Doesn't work that way. Also your T is low because you're inactive and untrained. Not the other way around. Don't look for excuses. Commit to something and admit to yourself you're halfassing something when you are.

One of the two is going to have to give in. Either we evolve to adapt or the current structure collapses. Which of the two seems to be happening right now? To me it looks like the latter.

feminism and Marxism must be understood via observation Actions not words I deeply understand and apply, yet I might not have entirely internalized the idea that feminism is an application of Marxism. I see that resources are reallocated (economical aspect) to the female from the male, not just in familial relationships, but society-wide. It's inescapable now. But feminism also teaches women to become more like men, and vice versa, what's that? (it's some form of neutering, but why? is the neute…

The cause of feminism would be the discovery of psychoanalysis and its application in the corporate world? Let's say that's as deep as I've gone down - yet. But the question isn't rhetorical, what do you think caused "the movement?"

Maybe most people need to hear this stuff rather than read it? I always thought people like to explore new ideas and delve into new stuff for hours on end. Throughout experience, I see the masses don't concern themselves with such things. They'd rather listen to someone willing to tell them the "secrets" to achieving their desires. The kind of "secrets" that are otherwise openly available - with most things, most of the time - it's only time they'd need to dedicate to learning them. What I'm say…

Right. The cutoff is at around 4-6 reps, where sarcoplasmic hypertrophy begins to take precedence. I've lifted on keto while adapting to it before, and experienced premature failure at around the 5th rep because of the metabolic stress. Although maybe arguable, you supposedly gain denser muscle tissue around the 5-6 rep range, which might take longer overall, but looks a lot better in my opinion. I understand the appeal of size gains, it's the reason I don't exclusively lift in the 1-4 rep range…

Life is long enough that it's better to live with excitement, and feel satisfied about what you've sacrificed to gain more. Otherwise you can spend the last third of it contemplating "what if."

Have you ever played with kids? Kids test you all the time, vehemently too. They'll make fun of you for menial things, and keep on repeating if you don't actually agree with them and amplify. The only other option is to ignore them completely, meaning to not even look at them. That's disengaging though, which you may see from the analogy isn't your goal.

There's one other method I'm surprised hasn't been mentioned in this discussion, not that it differs much. You shrug it off (often literally), and continue being engaging and dynamic. Say you were already discussing something, and she interrupts with a test. It's good for when you don't feel witty.

Yeah well it's been brainwashed out of them. In (still) most European countries you are surrounded by reminders of your ancestry, culture, etc. Everyone knows at least some significant event about their family's past, their historical lineage, general cultural history, and more. You have no idea, because you've never really met anyone from outside of the metropolitan area. People living in the city tend to forget a lot, happens to me too. American media helps the matter too.

And there's so much here you can draw a parallel to beta thinking with. You remember what it was like thinking as you were conditioned to, but then you realized a whole new world opened up to you when you gained a high internal locus of control, etc. Everything is for the taking, it is not them and their actions you worry about, you just think about what you've got to do to get what you want. I'll never want to trade this back. The blue pills are everywhere, so you must always work to keep this,…

Remember that on tinder, you are the least valuable user. Just as in real life, you are easily replaceable. The company's main goal is to keep the females happy. That's why most of you visit. This entry is written for those women who use tinder. It's catering to their perceived demands, getting a smirk out of them, making them feel like a snowflake. Whether it's a joke or not, remember, they don't care about you. Only you know how to continue.

it is deduction from first principles based on what is observed Those observations are exactly what you base your analysis on. I don't see why you think foreseeing the negative outcomes based on that knowledge isn't negative visualization. It isn't always easy to recognize a potential threat without walking through the possible outcomes. Edited: had to separate your quote from my answer

And the question here really is, how do you go about knowing things like these? Because the warning: "do not babysit" isn't something you may have ever read here on trp or any other redpill community for that matter. The answer is negative visualization. Every scenario, every venture you want to take on, you want to visualize every outcome imaginable, however impossible it may seem. Meditating on the possible outcomes of a situation sometimes provide such solutions like avoiding it altogether.

Pretty much this. After beginning my first cut, I quickly had to realize alcohol could set me back real hard. Lost a week's progress for two weeks once. That's minus two weeks I could've bulked. I admit I had, and still have drinking problems every three-four months that would last me a month. Progress significantly slows down if I'm on the bulk at this time, and cutting goes to waste, even though I fast a lot when I cut. Once you put it down for two weeks, even drinking one beer will make you f…

Scheduling my time has turned out to be an effective way for me to establish useful habits. I fail a lot on these schedules, but if I think back to a year ago, or even more than that, I realise that I am now routinely doing what I had to schedule for myself at the time. Unintentionally, I too have many times thought of "what's the alternative?" when thinking about pussying out. Also I usually like to set goals to be achieved by the end of a week, so I've got a little wiggle room to mess around. …

I think this whole "you're worthless if you don't contribute" thought is now a meme. It started out as calling out people who complained they wanted change to happen despite not doing anything to facilitate that change. It has since devolved into something guys here excuse themselves for. Yet it is completely warranted for a consumer to point out the need for change, since he is the audience, he is a partial representative of market demand. There's a lot of literature around leading to advise the opposite. What I've learned is do warm up sets, which get the blood flowing and the muscles prepared for work. Also the nervous system rehearses the movement. And foam rolling on off days, cardio days, or after, but never during workout. Although Brett Gibbs does foam rolls before his sessions, so maybe he knows something. As far as I've seen - but I may have not seen enough - Olympic weightlifters only do warm ups, and some roll their bod…

Depending on your advancement in training you need to periodize your work around peaking performance. Lifting your 1RM day-after-day will induce fatigue, so you want to avoid that, as it may even lead to atrophy. To facilitate recovery, but still cause appropriate levels of adaptation you want to work with "slightly" lower weights, building up to your peak (PR). For intermediates, like myself this usually takes only a week. For advanced lifters periodization may occur over months.

Yeah sure, I'll be happy to, although I'll definitely write a review once I'm done with it, the challenge in itself is just awesome. So it was actually harder in the first two weeks, than now. I've been doing it three times a week, and already on the second week I decided to swap two of my days of squatting to do 5x5 power cleans, because I was super fatigued, and felt like I could easily get injured. Also on my first week I failed to do the 20 reps twice, so I was hugely disappointed. 4th week,…

Quality post! We haven't been getting many fitness related ones recently. I too plan on posting a review (and a recommendation) after I finish with Super Squats (week 4/6 here). I stopped dipping a while ago, but you've made me interested in them again, especially because of the point about working the sternum. In the 20rep squat program, it is recommended to do a few sets of lightweighted pullovers/Rader chest pulls to expand your ribcage. They hit the sternum if done correctly. I'll stand by d…

He's right. Endurance exercises right after anaerobic exercises are shown to have detrimental effects on the latter. If you really want to do endurance exercises, you should wait at least a few hours before doing them. But mostly, if you have no intention of competing in long distance sports, choose intensity-like ones.

It certainly helps your posture if you train for strength a lot, especially with a barbell. There was a time when I didn't feel like I "deserved" attention, not enough gains yet, but I'd have women literally everywhere sneak into my vicinity. Another good general example to breaking the jail of the mind, would be of those men who were once very successful at one thing, but for some reason lost everything. Yet within years they regained their wealth/power. Besides having learned much of what is needed to become successful, they also already owned the mindset of it. They act as if they already have the resources, or never lost them, even if they momentarily don't. It becomes temporary, because they believe it is.

@OP: Actually most MMA fighters will do snatches and clean and jerks, which can go really heavy, and are both needed to be accessorized with the components of those lifts ie: squats, front squats, jerks, and deadlifts with varying form. Their main focus in conditioning will be on endurance and explosiveness. With bodyweight training there's only so much you can do, you can't get to lifting twice or thrice your bodyweight. Also since you're a beginner, and in 6-12 months time you'll become interm…

And how are you going to go on about achieving them then? I ask you sincerely, since I've never yet achieved anything larger than my narrow scope of imagination and self-belief by just trying. I've actually had to imagine those huge things I aspire to do, and see them in front of me. You went and created a false premise there. You "expect" most comments to be negative, you had to state that at the end of the article, now you have to reinforce it. The statement serves as a cover. There are huge environmental factors though. I think sometimes it's pretty hard to distinguish between the two, but so many things that at first seem to be genetic are hugely distorted by the nurturing environment. There's just not enough data to support either side of the argument completely. Take this new trend of Orthotropics for example, I've only recently learned of the practice by watching the 21 studios Mike Mew talk, but man, that was a pretty convincing talk about the development of fac…

Maybe there will be forks for the kernel where there'll still persist a normal dominance hierarchy. Kernel developers (and many other free software developers) are stubborn enough, I believe, that they would value their own work enough to elect someone to coordinate the projects, because it was what worked until now. Maybe that new leader of the project won't be as rough in leadership, but that doesn't really matter as long as the culture and hierarchy remains. Both of these I don't believe will…

There's a whole lot more out there than jobs. But even jobs like sales are out there, where you can make quite a surplus if you're cunning and clever, and in no way are you required to have an education (in its common use of the word). If you're content with working a shitty job for a while, you can always learn something about software dev, design, anything IT, on the side. Eventually you can market yourself selling such services - quite respectable fortunes to be made there.

You can make your brain tell you the "right" things to do, by practicing discipline day by day. Easily plus 6 kilos (~13 lbs) of water for me. I'm doing a cut, and if I eat too many carbs on a cheat day, I won't know how much fat I've gained/not gained for two to four days.

Oh shit, sounds purple to me. There's no such thing as knowing to avoid the bluepill stuff so you can avoid hypergamy. Sometimes women just get bored: if you're ultrachad, rich and powerful, she'll wander what poolguy, poor but likeable is like. And once that happens, you can only deceive yourself into staying with her.

I go 5 times a week for 2 hour sessions each. I heavily emphasize on strength training with multiple heavy compounds (powerlifting routine) and I do about 45 minutes of about 5-7 accessory exercises for hypertrophy gains. Every weekend I do about a 48-56 hour fast, besides the 16/8 IF during the weekdays. This has been going on six weeks now, and I haven't stalled in the gym at all. In the meantime I am losing a massive amount of fat. Disclaimers: 1.I massively overeat in the weekdays. 2. I don'…

Some amongst the viewership question the authenticity of the field reports and stories posted on TRP as of late. will Regarding your FRs: I think it could probably be because your storytelling is made to be epic. The dialogues don't seem genuine. I don't think the stories aren't authentic though, nothing unrealistic happens between the lines. For the rest of the FRs: beats me, some guys may just have an uneventful life.

Stay in fucking denial then you degenerate bastard. More than a week's passed, but you can't admit your fault, and you returned to comment over your sole post. Get over it already. You've utterly demonstrated that you are a weak man. Being able to admit you're at fault, not trying to blame everyone else, and admitting you need to improve would demonstrate the opposite. It's not bad if you aren't doing sets at rpe 10's and 11's ( 90-100% training max). I personally need to take 2-4 minute breaks between sets depending on which of the big 4 compound exercises I am maxing out at. But if I'm doing fairly lightweight compounds I'll fit in some isolated work for supersets. Those are actually fucking effective as extra cardio I shit you not. Don't bother with the rest of the comments brother. I generally hate hivemind behavior. I'm not writing criticism because I'm bothered by your bragging or whatever - that seems to be the case around here. But your post was literally shit, and nothing useful. I'm not going to reply again, I've wasted enough of my time, but take it and do with it whatever you like. Hopefully that won't result in another shitpost.

I don't give a fuck whether he's bragging or not. It's not the reason I'm criticising his post. He wrote a post that barely took any of his time, he hasn't actually contributed anything to the redpill, and as a result, me answering to you right now is another waste of my break. What he says is true but nothing new, and very low effort on his side. So he should go back to thinking, and next time write a post that actually is useful.

Now you're just attempting to weave my criticism of your shit content. I was making fun of your post. Take a good look at it and tell me where you put some good info into it. I'll help: I pointed the one thing - perhaps a bit novel - out. Otherwise I just see your content as a brain fart, and suggest you take your time in the corner to rethink your next post and actually invest some of your valuable time into making a worthwhile contribution, so I can avoid wasting mine.

PUA has come a long way, you have to give it to them. I remember around the time The Game came out and pickup became popular, it was all about schticks and tricks. One of my friends was so good at it, the reason I believed the stuff I read in that book later on was because I had seen it working in action. Ever since then they've tried tapping more into the whys of how it works, not just play out prewritten schemes. I think much of this is thanks to the weirdos at RSD. TRP is so much more though.…

In some of his older videos I've seen him stop to think about what to say when he reaches a subject that is about women specifically. They don't think about sex as often as men. Not even close. Some women who hop on testosterone comment on how sex "becomes an urge," not just a desire. You still have too much hope for women, mate. It's all about variables, albeit unknown to you. One changed variable will have a significant effect, another will have none. Don't think one's a bitch and the other isn't, because it's not like that. Women, like all people differ. So not all of them react the same way to one thing. BUT their psychology is the same, so they will all have that certain reaction to something. That is AWALT.

I've been debating in myself the question of matrimony. Sometime in the future I'll want a son of my own. I will want what's best for him. A healthy family most of all. If that means I am to marry his (even if it's "her") mother when the time comes, I'll have to decide what's the best course of action, or find an alternative. This of course is a moral debate.

Hey man, I have a tip for you: there's a difference between strength based and hypertrophy based training. Strength: lower rep range (1-5) at high % of your 1 Rep Max (1RM) Hypertrophy: higher rep range (8-12 reps) at lower % of 1RM There's intermediate and endurance rep ranges having respective %s of 1RM accordingly. Calories should be your #1 focus if your goal is to get lean. No Calories are measured by burning foods. By literally incinerating them. Your stomach isn't a furnace. It digests foods differently. You can't digest much of firewood, and it still burns well. This is a simple introductory thought. Do real research, read books about nutrition, include at least one professional book. Hell, you can read the 4 hour body by Tim Ferris. Even that piece of shit of a book got nutrition right.

I'd rather call his narcissism an "internal locus of control," the notion of perceiving outer circumstances to be results of one's own actions. A high internal locus of control is strongly correlated to dominance according to some studies. Many of the diets, (not the "balanced," ie: high carb diet) people may use to lose fat, also result in loss of lean body mass. The ketogenic diet initially wouldn't be any different if not for the high amount of protein intake during the diet. He found out about it at the age of either 22 or 23. The story's almost a decade old, check the post again.

In a sense you're right. Being aware is not enough though. You want to fully internalize this way of thinking and the behaviors it results. When you're at a point of deeply understanding the way social interactions work, and can unconsciously act accordingly, you don't need "game." You actually do use game, but it's tailored to your personality, and your methods are mostly based upon experience of what worked for you before, and what you enjoyed saying/doing.

Hey man, I read two of the other posts you've uploaded since. They're great! The writing is much better than in the one I commented on (this thread). I guess you just had a slip. I see you're having problems with promoting your book. Keep on trying! i take back not wanting to read it.

There have been way better replies, I'm just giving a thought of my own. I think becoming alpha is situational. In my life, growing up, I remember desiring something better. I went through three large changes before trp (two for the better. Once towards being beta). The two former changes made me a more attractive person. If the situation I had been so dissatisfied with never existed, I never would have changed my personality (ie: my way of thinking) and my actions. My point is: men aren't born.…

Yes, after a while you use the knowledge the way you want. It's like how I tried to act way more extroverted than I really am, and later realized I can remain low-energy, and still reap the benefits. I think men should first try everything to see what works for them, and later they can adapt the knowledge to their personality. Good elaboration.

Not really random people. These people are women, talking about their sexuality, in a female space. It's a rare situation where you can see their way of thinking, because women are VERY secretive (and constantly lie) about their sexual history. Just look at how they try to alter reality because they don't feel like it should be true. Having sex with someone is a pretty straightforward act, right? If your dick is inside her pussy, you had sex. Even if you pumped once. No debate. Still, they debat…

Dude, what? Why do you have to take seriously everything a random woman said on fucking facebook? He's showing a real life example of women explaining away their faults. He's giving you EVIDENCE of how women think. Don't you have any goals? What exactly makes you presume he doesn't? Then surely you don't want to keep getting distracted that easily. What makes you think he is constantly distracted, mate? The fact that he posted here? You just commented here. E: Edited fragmentation

You don't need to follow the red pill completely, and buy into everything it tells you, life is subject to individual impressions and life experiences Oh, how many times have I read this statement? Redpill is a set of information for you to process and internalize. The things you'll read on the sidebar and from EC's aren't really open for debate. You can rationalize the truth in a subjective manner, but that's what we like to call "hamstering." The quoted statement encourages men to not take inf…

Take your time, there's no rush. The sidebar is your ultimate and only guide to understanding what the redpill is really about. Read everything from the sidebar. No hurry. But no exceptions either. Otherwise you'll be complaining and asking stupid questions soon.

It's why soggy looking PUA's can pickup hb8-10s. The inconsistency between their looks and perceived status makes the pickup a few notches harder, but it shows how "game" (ie: status, leadership) is still the most important factor for women.

It's badly structured in my opinion. Sometimes two or more following sentences don't seem to have a connection. The read doesn't "flow" so well. I feel like you could work more on fragmentation. Pick better places (themes) to seperate paragraphs. Obviously solely my opinion shouldn't matter to you. Although I suggest you ask some people with more refined literary skills, maybe they share my thoughts. They could probably help too.

I believe what is written in this post is correct. Although, I wouldn't read your pdf, OP. Even if I could get a free copy. Your writing is far from good. I hope your control group aren't just friends.

Should be the only start. It's really tiring to read how guys complain about "the dark side of the redpill" and similar shit. The sidebar contains pure and clear information. They wouldn't think there's a dark side if they read it first to last.

I think many of our mods and endorsed/ flaired contributors would score highly on the NPD test, without necessarily fulfilling enough of the criteria be diagnosed as full blown narcissists. I just learned the hard way that I really shouldn't talk about my view on human interactions with average people, especially men. I've had two dudes who claimed to be psychologists (I'm sure they studied psychology on a sociological level, ie the female imperative,) "diagnose" me as a psychopath. I have empat…

It's up to you, what you make out of it. Desire knowledge, challenge, work. Learn where to place your resources so they will bring maximum profit with minimum input. This means pickup, working out, money making, everything. Your goal should be to educate yourself constantly, and practice what you learn. This way you will find the most intelligent method available to achieving your goals. E.g.: if you workout and do it right, with a good diet, you will reach your goals faster, thus the work you p…

These types of posts are repetitive for a reason. They are motivational post. A motivational post's goal is to have you adapt a mindset. The same things are written over and over, so that you can internalize the concept through different ways of thinking.

They understand, because they are similarly unexperienced as you are. Tell me honestly, how long have you been on the subreddit? You most certainly haven't read all of the sidebar, that I am sure of. You wouldn't post uneducated garbage if you ACTUALLY understood redpill theory. Nah, man. Don't even begin defending yourself. Your post can truly only appear to be "try hard" to people who don't even know basic "rules" of game. I am still learning game, still gaining experience. Posts as detailed as these are exactly what intermediate game-practicers like myself need. We have already realized many of the things you'd described by now, so we get good tips and tricks from the details you use to elaborate on the subject.

You actually agreed with my argument. There wasn't any need for you to go in depth with the rest of your argument. The leap in logic from frame being more important to looks being completely unimportant is what is wrong. This I didn't claim. I know I didn't claim the opposite clearly enough either, but there's no need to assume I would've. As you can read in the "warlord" post as well, looks WILL help you, but they aren't the primary reason women will become attracted to you. You too realize thi…

I absolutely agree with you. One thing: try not to be offensive with those who write stupid shit like this. Realize that they are still somewhere in the beginning phase, so they will most likely take offense to comments like these, thus you are pushing them away, not actually convincing them/helping with anything.

I'm not deluding myself. You surely wouldn't put up an argument with my statement if you actually tried it yourself. And by trying, I mean approaching and gaming girls who are "way out of your league." Now, I don't really have time to write a long post at the moment. I've got stuff to do. So here's my lazy argument: search within the subreddit for the term: "warlord" Click on the first result: "HOW TO GET LAID LIKE A WARLORD: 37 Rules of Approaching Model-Tier Girls" Read the whole post. I don't…

Attractiveness isn't based on physical appearance. This is one of the least popular/accepted theories on the sub, at least amongst newbies, and intermediates. For some reason many simply cannot believe that physical attractiveness is a minor part of attractiveness itself. E.g.: You don't NEED to be muscular to pull 10s, but it will help you if you are. The only way to believe this is by experiencing it, and also observing other people's interactions besides your own ones. Go to a club, and find …

Exactly, man. Many people on here hate on it. They don't realize it's just another skill. One that is a necessity to becoming a better man. I mean, if you constantly chicken out, and can't approach women who are "out of your league" (as perceived falsely by society,) then you haven't fully become a man. Right? Putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations is what it's all about. And I see many people whom I think don't even try, judging by their comments on the subject. They rather think they ha…

There definitely is such a thing as overdosing on red pills. No there isn't. If you have once successfully swallowed the pill whole, you won't feel frustrated with the system. Neither with women. You simply cannot get frustrated with it, because you understand it. As a redpiller you understand the "system," and women. You acknowledge reality, accept it, and use this knowledge to your, and everyone else's advantage. (Leadership) Just like you do with your girl. You know what she wants, because yo…

I too like to think this way. To add more depth to the concept: We always have to take into consideration the external variables in my opinion. For example: if you for some reason have to get your legs amputated because of a nasty disease, you couldn't really think it was your fault now, could you? What you can do though, is get your shit together, and make the most of the situation, regardless of how deep you fall. Solving the problem is on you, the problem itself may not be. I always liked to …

You don't need a car nor money. You need to be a good leader. A good leader is confident, calm, decisive, pays attention to the needs of the social group he is leading, etc. That is what redpill is all about. Becoming a valuable person by becoming a leader. You think bodyfat% and cars will help you. You think arrogance=confidence. Wrong, man. Read a bit more from the sidebar.

I think letting your children be exposed to the "matrix" reality is essential to their development. If you isolate them, you will most probably create another false (safe) reality around them. I think what we want to achieve with our children is to try to encourage them to realize the falsities that surround them. Let them run into their own mistakes over and over again. If we lead by example, our children will most definitely follow. They will see how their responsible father deals with the sam…

The points are in fact separated from religion. The Bible itself is only the basis of multiple religions. I don't mean assume anything personal, but I think you read a bit too much into that comment. I think the OP really just tried to point out historical evidence of redpill theory's existence in a significant culture. I actually find it pretty interesting that redpill, is in fact nothing new. We call it redpill because we have been mislead and miseducated by society. We think of this (new) way…

I never stated anything like that. It doesn't really matter whether or not anyone's ancestors willingly or by any other means lived according to christianic law. It was most probably enforced on them either way. This argument is just a distraction from my original point. All I'm trying to say, is you can not deny a part of human history, just because you do not like the thoughts you associate with it. The original commenter pointed out several redpill theory examples in an ancient book that to t…

It's an essential part of human literature. Something that most probably meant guidance to Your ancestors (assuming you are of a Christian descent.) Dissing information because its source isn't to your preference shows a lack of intelligence in my opinion.
