So, could a Japanese national man come to the states and do this with a child he has with a spouse as well?

I believe when this video got popular a while ago, someone from the school commented that the football players only saw him swing at her, and when they eventually saw the entire video they actually felt really bad and apologized to the guy etc.

Quick question, can someone explain, I've not spent any money on health care costs this year, (I don't think), I took my son to the emergency room once, and like that was 200 bucks maybe? who/what is paying 10k a year on average? I know you get super boned if something serious happens, is it an average of that? 1 person gets 100k worth of bs, and 9 people get off with nothing? what's the explanation behind this?

About a year ago a sub where you went to see guys with their dogs camping up on the mountains, or going on crazy trips and living their life to the fullest without women in their life. Making an actual effort to go their own way. It was something to look up to. It got too edgy/woman hating. Usually backed up with “if that’s how he wants to go his own way, then it’s still pertinent to this sub...” like, you just talked about hoping your ex gets acid to the face because y’all split up bro... It st…

You raise a child for 6 years thinking they’re yours, y’all decide to divorce and she uses a dna test to completely take the child from you to where you literally have no access to them for atleast 12 years but by then probably forever. The alternative is you’re charged for support (assuming you lose significant custodial time). That would super fucking suck if you WANTED to be there for the child and continue raising them, after all the child didn’t do anything wrong, and you’re their dad as fa…

I'm not arguing the legitimacy of the reporting, I'm actually saying based on what the report here says, this isn't a PP. Lytle was initially charged with 21 felony sex counts but a judge said he did not believe the indicated sentence of five years of probation was appropriate That is what was taken out of context, it's not appropriate because of the callous nature of the crime, not because she's getting off for anything. There is a trial hearing set for Monday.

California mom, 41, will likely not avoid jail as the initial report has been rejected, and there is a trial Monday for her crimes, I am OP and I don't read articles before I post them. FTFY

Needlessly violent towards women isn’t a message, and it sure as hell isnt a man going his own way. It’s a guy violently attacking another human being, not going his own way.

The majority of US states set a time limit cap on alimony. Most are very specifically to be a temporary "solution" to help accommodate the other party in the divorce to transition to being the "breadwinner." I dont agree with the system entirely

No, both men and women are capable of having cystic fibrosis. The type this guy had is not a significant mutation of Cf and is often NOT found unless specifically sought out because it doesnt have nearly any symptoms other than the infertility

Yes, because it's likely the lawyer is working for the state, not a private firm which he would have discretion over the cases he works.

In a country with a population >300 million, I think the few thousand that likely had much to do with it, is fair to call a few..?

A few guys with discretion, probably in stable homes or without children, decided men should "pay" if found in that situation

Can you link examples of men obtaining significantly unjust sentences in comparison to the sentence she received? Genuinely curious here, the only case I'm personally familiar with, a similarly aged man, with an underage female student received a similar sentence.
