There is something to this. I got my life together, and I stay on top of what I need to do for me, and it has made me borderline fearless when speaking to people. When I got my shit together, I started realizing how most people don't. I'm not saying I looked down on people (as you also mentioned) but the fact is I am a prize for anyone to have in their life and I started respecting myself in that way by choosing who comes in and out of my life. Nobody is ever going to crumble my day by wishing n…

Mid 20s. Cut out junk food, sugars, cleaned my room, focused on what I need before I do anything else for anyone, started getting actual sunlight so I didn't look like a daywalker, talking to people if the opportunity arises/I can create it. My gym time takes up a lot, so that was obviously the biggest and most significant life change.

I'll post this response I gave to a prior guy Everyone has the potential to attract others, this girl didn't know that she liked me until I took control of my life and started talking to her. Yes I've had relationships in the past, but it became more of friends who were way too dependent on one another rather than actually enhance and build one another's lives and goals up. It didn't make me a happier person. It didn't give me confidence to speak to other women. For years I had a mindset that I …

Hang in there brother, struggles will only make you come out a better and more prepared person.

Yeah, I had a lot of excess fat, I was in really dangerous territory. Reduced calorie intake significantly, started working out 3 days, then 4 days, etc. to the point where working out is just daily routine. I'm sure I am plateauing, but honestly it is about the journey and not a number. Still "fat" but in like an NFL lineman solid fat, with some definition starting to come into my arms.

Yes, very much a true story, If I was embellishing it would be something like "picked up two women and had a threesome!" That didn't happen...I'll be sure to post about it when it does though ;) Thank you for the kind words, and I hope that any time you or anyone else gets faced with those moments makes the choice to overcome and be better than they were yesterday. All the best!

I really appreciate being told I have "grit." Makes me feel like I'm Clint Eastwood or something. Honestly though, I am not special in the grand scheme of life. Anyone can do this. Make a choice about who you really want to be and be persistent about getting and staying there.

Don't ask friends to set you up. Just introduce yourself to this girl. Just say "hi my name is (use just your first name), I thought you looked cute/attractive/interesting (something that you genuinely feel and can say and if she asks why you have something to say that will make the interaction an interesting one at the very least) and I would be kicking myself if I didn't come up and introduce myself. What is your name?" One thing I will say is if she doesn't know you personally, don't be using…

Absolutely crucial to my development as a person. It puts me in the right frame of mind daily. I know that I have taken care of me and it makes me a calmer person who isn't as anxious around people. Plus seeing how much more physically strong and skilled I am now compared to 5 months ago gives me confidence because I see what my hard work and dedication can accomplish, so it keeps me going in all areas of life mentally. Thanks for reading brother!

You have to find hobbies that interest you. Just try different things my dude until you find something. I don't know you, but I'm sure there are things you have aspired to do in life outside of video games. If not, just try things for the sake of trying them until you do. If not anything else, you will be able to at least develop stories about the interesting experiences you have had trying different things that you can use in social situations. And yes, exercise as much as possible. Don't do it…

Yes! Go to the gym. Find something you like to do that is physical and do it. Daily if you can (and if you find enough passion you will, but listen to your body too and don't get hurt) but at least 4-5 days. Even if you just walk for an hour straight, do something. Going to the gym isn't even about the weight for me now. Even though I need to lose more, I go daily because it is a rush of endorphins. I feel more calm afterwards, more able to speak, more prepared. It will become routine if you pus…

It is more about what I learned here from seduction reddit. I learned that I needed to shoot my shot and strike while the iron was hot and the IOI's were there. I hadn't talked to this girl for 3 years. She even said she didn't know why I didn't really talk and she didn't know I was as funny and interesting as I am. I basically just naturally did what was suggested from around this reddit, just little details really helped with the close and creating attraction that may or may not have been ther…

For sure man. I know what it is like to feel down and out, but I also now know the pride of pulling myself up and becoming better than I was yesterday. I can't tell somebody how they do it for themselves, but I can tell them it is possible if they are persistent and actually try to enjoy themselves before expecting others to. Thanks for the kind words brother!

Yeah. It might be a self-limiting belief, but trying to attract the 21 year old hot blonde at the bar isn't really going to work if you aren't her type/status/level of attractiveness. Game seems to only get you into some weird amalgamation of "you're so cool and there is nothing more that I would love than to talk to and have fun with you, but I gotta fuck the guy over there who I don't even know because he fits what I'm looking for more than you."

Interesting. I'm a handsome guy too, which is something I've been told by very attractive females and males alike (a drunk Ukranian bodybuilder told me if I lost some weight I would be "Puerto Rican Jesus" and it's my favorite compliment ever), but this post shed some light to me. If I were to go on Tinder (a move I've thought about, but still don't really want to do for a fear of cultivating a poor reputation among social circles) I would probably need to sexualize conversation really quick if …

Maybe he's gay. If sex is all you are looking for, you're doing a disservice to yourself by being with someone who doesn't want to give you that. Plus, if you're a good looking girl you probably wouldn't have an issue on a dating app, but I'm sure it is more complicated than just that though as with most things. Your mind is playing an ancient trick on you, and after years of scarcity you received something. Brain says "I like this, keep this coming" but now it is a scarce commodity again and it…

Do you find it possible for guys running game/seduction on you to make a breakthrough (able to attract you) without being what you would consider your type?
/r/seduction12/08/19 04:53 PM

Well you have physical advantages, use those obviously. When it comes to being avoidant, are you saying that you feel inadequate in social settings or have underlying issues that affect how you think and feel daily? You need to work on those if so. Get yourself in a great state of mind first. If you believe people perceive you as "interesting" or "mysterious" and you see that as a positive about yourself, run with that my man. It can always still be an advantage, even if you are leaving a certai…

Might be your mindset. Work on not thinking of it as a "woman's standard" and think of what you do as meeting your own standards. Becoming a self-approving man is what is going to help you in the long run. I'm very new to game, but you won't see self-improvement benefits unless you approve of yourself irregardless of what others idea of you should be. Work on this because it could be something holding you back.
/r/seduction30/07/19 01:46 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
