i’m still working on this a LOT. a big big big help for me was turning off notifications. if i’m dming a girl on instagram i’ll shut notifications off so ill naturally go about my day and open instagram when i would and seee oh i have a notification! rather than being alerted to it every time she messages you

Just wanna add really like how you said don't rethink. Part of what I've read and agree with A LOT is the 3 second rule. If you spot a girl and take more than 3 seconds to approach her you'll either a. overthink b. get too nervous c. look creepy because you waited too long I'm not really one to talk cuz I don't approach girls really ever but I really appreciate that rule of thumb
