How did you find TRP? What event or link caused you to open it? What were your initial reactions and how has you life been changed now?

I heart is right. The disadvantages of old age is that your metabolism slows down, while the need for certain nutrients increase. So you could lose 60 pounds in 3 months with the exact same deficit as when you were 23, but since your overall metabolism is lower, you will end up eating less calories in total. But coming to your point, unless you are taking supplements or extremely nutrient dense foods, it is hard to get the nutrients you need in so few calories. The rest of your body may suffer

That's your job. Ask around. Make sure you're low key, don't seem to nosy. As you find out enough about him, just talk to him when no one can hear you, and just egg him on. Make fun of his family issues, push it further and further until he snaps. Never do this Infront of someone else, so that way it becomes his word over yours. Even if he seems calm and cool, don't back down, he will break. And if he tries to come back at you by telling people what you did, make fun of him for making shit up.

Get under his skin, if you know anything sad or bad that has happened in his family, in private just grab that bruise and keep on twisting
