5	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap At my job, the more senior people get paid more money. There are women here that are 10+ years my senior, and they get paid much more than I do hourly. I get paid -much- more yearly. Why? Because I work 10-20 hours overtime every week. They don't do any overtime.
