Sounds like you're clearly straight, ignore her garbage and probably try not to hang around her if she's trying to bring you down / confuse you

When I started getting into pickup around 8 months ago now I didn't have a wingman. In all honesty, it was pretty rough going at first but I stuck at it and started to slowly improve. I eventually found a great wing and we go out every weekend (which massively boosted my skills and results), but to be honest, it can be a bit of a crutch. Personally I'd say if you can't find a wing, you'll need real perseverance and self motivation, but it can also grow you in ways nothing else will - being self …

Personally, I stopped drinking when I go out to meet girls a few months ago and love it. I have so much more sustained energy during the night that makes it way easier to meet girls.

Sorry to hear but let me just make this absolutely clear - you dodged a MASSIVE bullet there. Soon enough you'll look back and be so glad you're freedrom that person. Onwards and upwards buddy.

I could give a long answer but let me put it this way. How would you answer if during the conversation she says: so when is your birthday. Could get a bit awkward...I recommend being honest and telling her. Just my 2 cents.

You did the right thing. I've gone through plenty of similar situations and I always feel bad when I hurt someone, even though its unintentional. If you didn't feel bad at all you'd probably be a sociopath. One point I'd make is that you said you weren't really into each other - maybe in future you should aim only for girls you're really into. Quality not quantity etc.

Models is great for actually learning how and why you can change yourself. The Game is a fun read but very dated and probably won't help your development too much (entertaining story though).

Personally, no, but that's no reason for you to think there's anything wrong with your preference. We all have unique taste in women (some love blondes, some love Eastern European women, some tall, some short etc) and that's all good. There's not one type of woman out there so it's a good thing we don't all desire that one type of women. Go for whatever you like and own it.

As someone who has done this in the past and subsequently gone through a hellish period of months following (pursued girl at work, were together for 6 months then it went to s**t) I can only say don't do it. I know there are times where this does pan out but honestly you're playing with some seriously bad consequences if it doesn't. Just think of abundance: no need to crap where you eat when there's millions of other hot girls walking around outside your office building.

No I didn't have any pua's backing the list up, it's just music that I've found works well in the background when I've got girls back at my place. I think the big key is realising that the music itself isn't the focus, but that you and the girl are the focus of the interaction at your place - hope that helps a bit, sorry if it doesn't.

While not entirely instrumental, this Soundcloud channel has always been handy when I bring girls back to mine: Soundcloud.com/xxx Always find Drake helps get girls in the mood too. If you're worried about lyrics it can help to just have the volume lower so it's not distracting

I've been in the same position and I'm actually really enjoying going solo. Yes, it's a bit tougher but that just tells me how much I'd usually be relying on the support network of having my mates around me - which in turn hints at how much better I'm becoming that I can go without that. Above all else, the tougher the circumstances the better you'll become so don't avoid going out on your own, see it as proof that you're fucking awesome ;)

Alright, I read your post and it gave me the urge to give you this personal pep talk. While I haven't been through the exact same experience as you, I can understand where you're coming from. For numerous different reasons that you've already explained, you currently have low self esteem and that's leading you to have limiting beliefs. Now let me tell you a little something that you might not realise. YOU'RE NOT SPECIAL! Yes, I said that. That doesn't mean you don't have value (every person does…
