I would post this on a legal sub like r/legaladvice, or speak with an actual lawyer in person. Unless someone here specifically is a lawyer, that lives in the same city/state as you the advice we give is basically worthless. We can only tell you how we feel it should be.

Lol, you fucking guys. That dude is a bitch, and deserves the response he got. His wife works full time, and took a day of vacation so she could play a video game at launch. It was one day. He also mentioned that the last time this happened was two years ago. The dude can make himself breakfast, and feed the cat once, so she can relax and play a video game with her friends.

If I remember correctly, the issue that people were pointing out on the constant form was a section about injury or laceration. Many people assumed that the guy put that in there specifically because he was planning on getting pretty rough.

Former infantry here. While I'm sure some could handle a more difficult training regimen. The end result doesn't really justify the cost. Not having women in the combat arms isn't only about the strength gap between men and women. I was a peace time Marine, so I never saw combat in Iraq or Afghanistan. But in training there were times we were out in the field for 30-45 days at a time. No showers, and very few changes of clean clothes. Women have periods to deal with, and a multitude of infection…
