In general I agree with OP with one exception. The comment about the girl who was on the fence and the use of "mind altering substances" makes it rape. I could drug OP into a "mind altered" state where he would gang bang a bar's worth of homosexuals. Would he consider that rape? Would he have been able to make up his own mind? If you need to use "mind altering" drugs to get laid you are not Alpha. Edit: formatting and phrasing. Also changes to tense and adverbs.

This was the weakest point for me. The ex could have used any number of other plausible excuses. You live with other ex-cons. You drive a vato-mobile of questionable safety. You are a bad influence, etc. Instead they went for the cheap shot. In the end it doesn't matter because the bitch is only in the movie for five minutes and visitation has been reinstated despite not payment of child support.
