Edit: I realize the inaccuracy of my question. Guys are born with a 3-in-1 multitool, whereas the girls' come sold separately. They will never be on the same playing field. But just for the sake of argument, let's say male circumcision cuts pleasure by 50%. Female circumcision cuts it by 100%. Males only have excess skin removed, females have it removed completely.
