The important thing is to get a line of communication going in whatever means you see fit. Just because I’ve had more success with IG over phone number exchange doesn’t mean it will be the same for someone else. 2	[deleted by user] I also think that asking for a number so soon can make the girl skiddish sometimes... I’ve found that asking if she has an Instagram can be effective. Most girls are super responsive to their DMs on there... plus it gives you a platform to continue flirting on (comments, responding to stories, etc) instead of not having the opportunity to interact again until you go back to the gym.
