1	There might be strongly voiced reasons as to why women should have schemes that promote their careers in STEM, but if we know that women’s careers are being put first because of their gender, then why suspend a man who points this out? I think if you look at all the proper scientific research then yes, it's more biological than sociological that tilts the job preferences between the sexes. I think equality of opportunity should be the goal, equality of outcome and you will have many people unhappy because we end up with an unnatural stratification of careers. The ironic thing about STEM is that men typically have more of an interest in these topics and that appears to be biological as much as sociological.
