But to your point, i would say in general the better job you have, the more likely you are to have the skills to run your own business. the person working the factory job who has a hobby of making damn good beer and doesn't want to rock the boat to try making his dream of owning a brewery a reality. 10	Money mission. Change one letter in your job description if you are a good lawyer you can work in lots of companies. You are not really dependent on the employer. It's like saying i'm dependent on Tesco to buy apples. If Tesco wasn't there i'd just go to another business to buy them. And being self employed you are dependent on your customers. Even if you run a good business there is still the chance of a competitor or new regulations threatening your business. I don't see how one can be dependent and one not.
