I love the way I look. I MADE this. I like this but it can cut both ways. If you’re walking around 30-60 pounds overweight you made yourself this way. That bag of doritos wont kill you today. Pros: Quit smoking two years ago on the 29th. Haven’t drank all week. Been going to sleep relatively early. Reading everyday when I wake up and go to sleep. Cons: Struggling at work. Skipped working out Monday out of laziness. How a few opportunities to deal with conflict and pussied out.

If I am trying to plate someone what I do is give it to them. After that I tell them no bull shit, no pussy footing, no beating around the bush that I don't do relationships and there is no chance of anything more then sex. Some are receptive and feel the same way, and some beg for something more, these you never call again (get a burner and give them that number.) Just be upfront and blunt.

You may think that your avoiding eye contact because your superior to them. They don't know that, so to them you look like your insecure because your staring down or away from them.
