If need be there's alot of handy youtube channels out there which may help you out too if your stuck with "how to keep talking/ open" as well as improving your mental state before talking to someone . 2	Could i please hear out your tips on opening? must be a ben thing dood i get the same thing haha My feelings towards as to why i do it , is because i feel like i could upset or anger someone with what i say. Which is sad really cause it'd only be something nice , short or simple coming out like a hi or a compliment ¬_¬ but it's just one of those fears we have to teach ourselves to unlearn and its not a short or simple process .
