1	Do you any of you ladies suffer from low self-esteem and/or depression? I'm finding that I don't really have the urge to date because of my mental health issues and wondering what to do. Ugh, I’ve been meaning to start going back to therapy and hopefully get evaluated ADHD. I’ve been reading up on ADHD intermittently this year (shout out to additudemag.com) and I feel like I’ve had self-esteem issues for most of my life due to being disorganized and feeling incompetent.
