Same happened to me. Sheriff pulled me over, said I was going 79 in a 65. I was driving a beater at the time and said “ yeah I was hauling as in my little beater huh?”. He laughed and just asked for my DL, no registration or insurance. Came back and said he appreciated the honesty and let me go. Told me to leave a little earlier for work. I normally don’t like cops but this one cut me some slack.

I don’t normally agree with cops but he was very professional and so was the female cop who removed the jewelry. The woman has a big time superiority complex. She was going to try everything she could to get out of it. It wasn’t her cockiness that got her arrested, she was slurring her words and didn’t turn on her lights! She could have killed someone.
