That’s another great idea! Especially if you have a flexible base like black, white, grey, and so on, then you can add accent colors with your Decore season to season.

I would say mood lighting for night time. Low lights help everyone fall asleep better, plus it’s just cozy. Candles or nice gentle fragrances can help set a tone for home. Nice pillows and throw blankets create a soft and livable environment. Live plants bring good energy to a space (just be aware of their lighting needs) pothos are really easy and lovely. Plus they clean the air. Check if your windows can open for fresh air especially this time of year. I love putting those scent beads in with …

Couples have these kinds of fights once in a while. It’s hard to know exactly what to tell you without knowing the full context, but here goes anyway. When he comes home just try to talk to him, start with an apology and an explanation of why you got upset in the first place. Use language to specifically let him know you’re authentically ready to make amends (ie. I was wrong about x, I understand why you (fill in the blank), or you’re right I do need to (fill in the blank)). Then take time to li…

I don’t have a specific red pill podcast, but I really like Kalyn’s Coffee Talk. It’s about all kids of life lessons, productivity tips, and some fun stuff sprinkled in.

Honestly, probably no two people in this sub are going to be exactly the same. People disagree on areas of red pill all of the time, honestly that’s probably true if everything. If you have a gist of what it means to be RP, then the rest is just reading and deciding how things apply to you. Just my opinion though.

Maybe it’s just a good time to be self reflective? Like what is in alignment with you and out of alignment with what you really want to be. I mean yes, everyone does get old, but you’re not old today, right? Sometimes being in the game of life is shitty... but taking SOME lessons about SMV will help you “cheat code” in a way. It’s not a live by die by code for everyone. Examine how you really feel and the pros and cons and you’ll maybe come to peace with what is really to your highest good. I ho…

No absolutely not. I went through something similar recently. I was trying to be a better example of what a traditional wife should be and my life became an excessive list of rules from all over the place. It was too much to live up to and some of the stuff I think normal men would not even notice. I had to get to a balanced act and I think you do as well. You look at her life and ultimately find it boring, meaning: that’s not the life for you. So what ultimately makes you feel like SMV is getti…

I love Chrissy and Chloe_ I think the one series is called “Femininity for Dark Skinned” Women. They both specialize in AA women issues.

You rock girl! I completely understand that people don’t recognize these achievements, but hopefully you and others will continue to inspire us like minded women.

Thank you so much for your comment. I had a crappy previous 2 years in which we almost lost our house!! My bff told me yesterday: good things come to people who do good. Good luck is headed your way too sister!

I feel really afraid to share all of this, because it seems too good to be true living it.... but 2020 has been a good year for me, especially since summer. First and best is I got married!!! My husband and I went on a diet together and I’m down 15 pounds since our wedding! My husband got a new job! We have been killing it as parent and step parent to his little boy during homeschooling (distance learning public school & life skills). The cherry on top is that we were able to purchase a new car …

I see your point. This guy has a history of having female friends only because of his career in Human Services (we met working at a Foster Care Agency). He has male and female close friends from Germany that come visit (including the married female friend). I think he’s trustworthy. I try to come off as not interested because well... I’m not interested. I love my husband and find him more attractive than anyone! In my eyes no one else measures up. And I never hang out alone with my friend, he ei…

Yeah, I think my husband is okay with it, but I think he worries that my friend is attracted to me. They are pretty good friends now, but it took spending some time together before he came around. He now thinks that my friend is too honorable to make a move or anything like that.

You can listen to the Art if Seduction free on YouTube. I don’t think you’re doing things wrong, I think maybe y’all are just out of sync. I’m sorry he feels that way about missing work; you could ask him for a better suggestion? I mean if it helps the family be better balanced it is a conversation worth having.

Maybe you’re just experiencing something that can be worked out. It sounds like you have a good foundation for the marriage because you both seem to care a lot about the children. Your hubby may just be internally going through a slump, like low self esteem or feeling emasculated because you are the majority earner. You two will have to find whatever the “root” of the rut is. Some possibilities are working less to focus on your home and family. If you’re not interested in this because you want t…

I believe that to be true, but I’m unsure about this group. I even watched this one video where a man says to look out for the “baby voice” because it is a sign she was sexually abused.

I don’t have any evidence of this, but he is not the first to say this, so it may have validity.

I have seen that trend too and with sex doll use as well. Thank you for all of your input, I didn’t realize so many men followed this subreddit. I try to consider myself a fair woman, which is how I found mgtow in the first place (trying to see things from a man’s perspective). I have talked about this to my husband and he told me that these men are not completely wrong because feminism, the sexual revolution, and the breakdown of the family has changed the way that women act (they care too much…

Thank you for your input. I don’t feel like I am too negative on their scale (ie. I have $0.00 debt, I love my husband and family, I dress modestly), but other things like being abused as a child and having “issues” from it, yeah I probably fall in that category and probably a bit because I gained weight in my 20s from dealing with those abuses. Just because someone isn’t ideal at the moment doesn’t mean they don’t have the drive to be better or be a good wife and mother. I was 250 pounds at one…

Well, because it made me feel like there are things like child abuse that people will hold against you. I was abused sexually and mentally as a child and it did affect me as a woman. I have been to therapy myself and got through many issues. That being said, I don’t think it ever goes away completely. I don’t think it’s fair to think that someone like me could not be good wife material. I love my husband like I am his biggest fan.

Be aware that depending on your college or university a degree can lead to debt. Social workers in my hometown make $16-22 per hour even when the person has a masters (I worked in foster care and handled the payroll). Educators don’t make much either although I do not know how much. The sad fact is “Human Service” jobs pay very little, which is why many women who take these jobs the majority of the time struggle and have debt. Red pill men love to bash women for the fact that 2/3 of all national…

How can I get my carpet to look better without replacing it. My husband and I live in an older house and can not replace the carpeting at this time, but I feel like it takes away from how clean the house looks. It is a light off white color and I have shampooed it several times with an at home shampooer.

There is nothing wrong with the way you want to live your life, especially if your partner agrees with it. My husband pays all of the bills and I run the household by watching the kids, tending the house, and keeping up the yard. My husband wants me at home. When we host I do most of the work there as well. It’s probably the way people interpret equality via the sexual and feminist revolutions, but to each their own.

I had a similar situation, so I did debt consolidation. It really is something that you can do on your own and I will tell you how it works. If your cards or payments are significantly behind lots of times the creditor will settle the debt for less all you have to do is call them. The only downside is that whatever the difference is between what you owed and what you settle for will have to be taxed like income (they will send you the tax form to take when you get your taxes done). If that doesn…

Thank you for your insight! I really want to be a good mom for my own child! I mean I love his children a lot already, but I’d love to have one of my own that I carry. I appreciate all of the women who help other women like me that are a little behind 😘

Thank you so much for the reassurance. Luckily I have had a huge learning experience with caring for his current children. I’ve heard horror stories about mothers that hate their children because of the trigger of giving birth somehow bringing out “self preservation “ tendencies like selfishness. I hate to think like that, maybe I am scaring myself too much.

(American)- I think there was some sexism in my family, but I was raised primarily by people old enough to be my grandparents. Women are to be seen and not heard rules, but nothing to discourage femininity. It was more their rules that were harsher for example you are to always cross your legs, eat slowly, never scratch yourself anywhere, don’t fidget, don’t talk when dad is home, always wait on guests hand and foot, do not talk about your successes in school, attend church, etc. Now that I am g…
