I am married to a virtuous woman exactly as you describe, and I would like to think I am a virtuous man, certainly becoming more so each day. I lead our family in our faith. Our spiritual life has greatly extended our marriage to the point where it is "fixed" so to speak. 2	Wife against guns in the house I cant tell you how to change her, but you are 100% in the right to want to own a gun/guns and start shooting. We have 3 kids in middle/high school and I never sleep without a gun on my nightstand. I am the protector, God expects it from me, and my wife does also. Take her to a nice high-end indoor range and go through a firearm safety class, then start off shooting small caliber handguns.
