4	Autistic Man Jailed for Talking to Kids. Just Talking. That’s All The fact that you don't comprehend that it is completely acceptable for an individual of any age to talk to kids, makes you an ass, and any parent who immediately assumes someone talking to their kids wants to harm them is also, an ass. I'm from Baltimore, and I have to give it to the local media. Every time I've heard this sorry on the news, which is like 3 times a day around here, the wording is that she raped him. Not she had sex with him, not she engaged in sexual activity with him, like it usually is with an older female and younger male. They have been referring to it as rape the whole time.
