Uh, yeah. This happens when the father is the custodial parent with the majority of parenting time. This is, like, basic shit.

Came here to say this. My ex and I have joint custody of our kid and see him just about equally. Due to the fact he spends literally six hours there more than here I pay child support. My ex just puts all that into a savings account for him, so I've never bothered to actually go to court and reduce it. I pay the standard 17% gross. It comes to about $240/mo. I make $50k/yr. If 50k/yr has a normal, unaltered support rate of $250 per month, the OP here must be making... $250,000 per year?

He's lying about this story. 100% lying. The time for filing a petition to your court case is rarely more than two months. I live in one of America's most populated cities and it has never taken more than 40 days from filing to being in the courtroom Whoever is telling you this story is absolutely lying to you

Child support ends at 18, or 20-something if they're in college. There is ZERO way it extended to 30.

That's legal abandonment. The father in this case is a lazy fuck for not doing anything about this - all his problems can be resolved in two days (or an hour phone call with an attorney)

That happens when one party is too lazy to go to court. Child support is based on time spent. It defaults at 17% of gross income but can occasionally be adjusted. I invested, oh, three hours to filling paperwork and got my support payments dramatically reduced because I'm an active parent with joint custody. If the mom in this tale has residential custody, but the father spends more time with the kids than the mother, the father is doing many things wrong. I'll bet cold, hard cash that whoever t…

Lol, as someone who's actually been through this I can't possibly explain how wrong you are. You locked out of the incel subs?

Poe's law makes the current US political climate to frustrating. It's at the point where I truly can't tell if an article is sarcastic or if the US president really is just that stupid (spoilers: it's almost always the latter)

Because it's the fucking UFC Did you know that hands and skulls are made from the same material? And that a good, firm punch from an untrained person is actually more likely to lead to a sprained wrist or broken digit than cranial damage?

What?

I think the misconception is that people assume the physically stronger person will win the fight. Between grappling, throwing, jabbing, and avoiding blows the sexes can have a pretty even fight. Men are absolutely able to grow muscle faster - that's just an evolutionary thing - but women have the potential to be more dexterous and have a higher pain tolerance.

This applies to the professional world and boils down to men having more testosterone. That hormone gives men a huge advantage in physical fights. In the not professional world? The lines are pretty blurred, especially as those two in the video are about the same size.

She's the same size as he is. Why do you not think she'd be able to take the hits? Also, do you think everyone punches like a boxer? Throwing a punch is considerably harder than you think, especially in an actual fight

Jfc you're like the incel stereotype that could. You have no regard for feminism, you think it's wrong to adopt a child, and you sit in your sweaty underwear slinging insults at anyone you think is a Chad or a Stacey to make yourself feel like a big boy. But hey, the rest of your NPC friends in your echo chamber do it so it must be okay. Then you hit me with the mother of all signs of a reddit NEET incel: "lefty" I almost think you might be trolling at this point. Nobody is this much of an uniro…

Next you're gonna tell me feminism is for equality. Oh. Ohhh. Ohhhh. You're absolutely an incel; there's nothing here to discuss, you're just a sad little man sucking up resources.

That was one fuck of a reach in an attempt at a strawman. White knights in here casually extolling the "virtues" of being anything but a booty call to women with kids. Because people spouting bullshit should be called out Lol, gee, I wonder why you'd rush to their defense? It couldn't possibly be because you're trying to convince yourself taking care of your wife's sons was the good thing to do and you definitely didn't do it because you're a desperate orbiter who doesn't have a chance competing…

On whatever, sure. Five years ago I met my fiance on Tinder. It isn't always just for fucking

I, uh, what? Some people are in relationships, have multiple kids, then leave said relationships. You also may not have realized, but this isn't actually a real person we're talking about here. Someone, believe it or not, just made up that picture. Crazy, I know. Either way, you don't really sound like the kind of guy that should come anywhere close to being responsible for a child, so no loss here.

Or, like, a woman with one or more kids still wants to find love but also wants to make the clear point they have children to care for?

Feminist here. She should be charged with sexual harassment, grabbing assess without consent is not okay.

Yeah, that makes it worse.

That's horrific. I would wager you misinterpreted something, and she was staring at you while you awkwardly thrusted your dick around.
