I thin it's a bit more complicated. Because when I'm around people I can easily make them laugh or tell good stories. There are just days/moments where I am socialy akward (or retarded). It also is difficult for me to maintain a personal/deeply relationship.

Thank you. This is how I stopped watching Pornography. It often started with watching erotic pics from a certain page and then it always rolled into watching hardcore porn. So by recognizing the "trigger" I was able to stop porn. In the social life this is just harder because you have to always be ready and often I fall back to old habbits.

That is the weird problem. Conciously I feel I'm doing really good, but unconciously I still good a lot of insecurities. Sometimes when I hang out with people, I will act akwardly for no reason, or at work I will panic that I won't finish a project, even though I clearly can do it. That's why I it's really hard to change.

Definitely recommend a hooker. It lifts a lot of pressure. Also, if you fail or act akward, it doesn't matter because she doesn't care. Also stop with porn completly.
