Then you're just doing the same asinine victim blaming so many others have done before.

If you failed your vetting process, then it is entirely your fault You have this same mentality for men who get cheated on or abused by their girlfriend?

Ok I have to spell it out. Feminism itself is an illogical position. How can you be equal to your oppressor if you appeal to them for said equality? This point makes no sense. You have to realize there is a difference between saying you are equal to your oppressor (in the sense that you are inherentltly not worth more or less than another as a person) and saying you are unequal to your oppressor (in the sense that society is treating you as inferior and as a result you have to experience drawbac…

Do you think Black people were inferior to their oppressors?

You could literally say the exact same thing abohut Black people's fight for equality.

Acrually you're proving the opposite point. "You can call me doctor" is such a benign thing to say and people should be allowed to celebrate themselves for a great acheivement. Idk how anyone can think the responses she got were warranted.

The difference with porn is that the vast majority of men have consumed it. So if you have a guy hating pornstars then odds are he has watched porn. Like statistically speaking. A lot of the attempts to point out womens hypocrisy focus on stuff that most of them dont even do or things that lack any statistical backing.

The fact you think men cant/dont chose is the lack of accountability I'm talking about. Obviously untrue. Just an excuse to act like women alone are to blame.

You're not really in a position to call someone else dumb. Anyway, I asked you that question to make a point. It's not always a rich person saying it. Poor people say it too. The status of the person saying it is irrelevant. You can always act like the rich person is just privileged and the poor person is just coping. You can always dismiss the person saying it without even try to engage with the potential truth of the statement. Also how would a poor person or anyone know that to be true or fal…

/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/25 10:21 PM

How do you know it's settling tho? You just assume it to be the case. An average woman on a dating app supposedly has a pick of any man she wants because of how many more men there are so why even settle? Couldnt is just be that she doesnt prioritize that type of attraction that much? Is a man who dates a woman who is broke settling? Or is it just that he doesnt care about her networth that much.

What do you mean delusional. Free healthcare is a thing in many parts of the world. You cant talk down to someone while sounding this unaware. You cant act like the smart one.

The opposite is much worse. The moment anyone suggests we make the world a better place someone is sure to treat even the slightest obstacle or inconvenience as a nonstarter. Like they dont even want to try to find solutions.

Romance cover novels rarely have roided physiques. They have muscles and definistion but they arent body builders. The issue with the discussion is that guys arent distinquishing between the two while most women do. Also romance novel covers arent even the end all be all for what women like.

Men are also not enforcing any kind of traditional gendered expectations on women. Clearly youve never seen dudes on the internet react to a women who doesnt shave her armpits. Men definitely have icks even if they dont say it as often.

Exactly, whenever a man says women react poorly to vulnerability It's 100% because he was trauma dumping too early and there is no nuance about that whatsoever. You say this sarcastically but what majes you think this cant just be the case a lot of the time.

The amount of beauty products and care women use for themselves has eclipsed what men were doing for a looong time. They dont wake up with makeup on their face or shaved armpits.

> Guys don't get dates from dating apps unless they're well above average looks. A while ago I posted my pic on one of those websites that lets women rate your photo and I scored below average (that is to say I scored lower than what other men got rated). I was curious about the whole "It's impossible to get dates on dating apps" thing, so I tried it and got a handful of matches and a date. Again, I'm 5'6 and at best average in looks. I just don't buy it.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 12:04 AM

Not saying the study is worthless or anhthing but we should take note of the caveats "Since they only have 4 minutes to interact with their partners, it is hard to truly know a person in detail. In such a short time, it is apparent that common characteristics such as attractiveness and shared intereste will more influence on a person’s decision making."

how do you expect to meet a long term relationship? Is she supposed to fall through your ceiling into your apartment? Easy to understand why there are several stories where that literally have this happen to their main character.

Why are you on this sub if you are not open to the idea of changing people's mindsets?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/25 03:04 AM

No its not. It's used on the internet anytime there is an example of a woman picking a single bad partner. People aren't doing research into a stranger's situation before dropping an apathetic "pick better"

Not so simple to deduce actually. Even if your numbers are correct you can't extrapolate rape accusations that went to court to make conclusions about those that didn't. The very fact that it didnt go to court can mean that the likelihood of it being true isn't the same at all

But the people OP is talking about are valuing neither. They're assuming the worst and hiding behind the concept of honesty even though they don't have enough info for their conclusions.

I'm remembering earlier this year when that ship crashed into that bridge in Baltimore and collapsed it. The Black Mayor spoke about it on the news and a lot of people saw the clip and referred to him as the "DEI Mayor". He didnt do anything. Just talked about it the bridge collapse professionally the way any Mayor would. The use of DEI as an insult does not have merit inherently. A lot of people just use it to cover their prejudice. All that to say the missuse of DEI is doing the heavy lifting.…

modern feminism never had the power online dudes think it did
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/24 10:39 PM

The majority of feminists and even most american women are fat hypocrites tbh Time out chief. You go on to talk about how men are generalized and demonized and that makes their behavior understandable but you did the exact same thing to women. You just generalized them as hypocrites. Why do you get to do it? Shouldn't you understand that speaking the way you do has the same effect of angering women.

So not (same as Biden) either. There's also the fact that there's audio of him admitting to doing some of the exact things he was accused of. I can't imagine if leaked audio had Kamala saying she tries to seduce powerful men to get promotions and that being dismissed as "just girl talk" by the same crowd who gave Trump a pass.

The dems ran a shit candidate The only thing I disagree with. She was probably the best choice they had given Biden's late dropout. They ran a great campaign, and her favorability was above Trump's. But too little, too late. Inflation isn't easily ignored. The price of eggs and all that.

if i get pregnant with this man, will he support me This question results and less risks taken (less sex) given that yoi can't actually tell how you partner will behave when a child actually comes. Not even trying is just the safe option.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/24 03:44 PM

Well there's the matter of him being on tape bragging about the things he was accused of and being found liable for sexaul assault and made to pay millions. Biden doesn't have that.

This is part of the reason that common advice for these guys is also to go out more for the sake of making more (male) friends. But ngl this advice gets rejected quite a bit.
