Meditating helped me a lot. What u refer to is exposure therapy kinda. Just search "get rid approach anxiety" this is old news (but valid question, although answered, so look.)

It helped me a lot, i do transcendental and twice a day. I sit in a chair and focus on non-though and non-judgment. I noticed after only two days could ask girls for number with zero concern when in a conversation. Eye contact better too.

Do mindfulness meditation or transcendental medit. I do 20 mins a day 2x a day. Also after reading the book of five rings by musashi i have much less aa. Re the medit theres a post. I didnt read or watch the vid, but i plan to. Just putting out there. "How to demolish your social anxiety" it has "3 meditation techniques." I tried medit before for 10 mins a day, was ok but not like 20 2x a day.

If you are looking for shortcuts/easier girls, they will need to hold eye contact. If she holds, it is on.
