1	Maintaining 12% body fat is easy when you quit sugar I quit sugar (for my skin) and eat “base ingredients” religiously. However, take note that as a skinny guy, it is incredibly hard to put on weight and get more muscular if you decide to do this - it all depends on your fitness goals. If you wanna get big quick then don’t follow this advice, if you’re already big and want to get more tone/lean then this is excellent advice. To be honest I don’t think there’s much of a case here, First of all, salespeople know that when shopping, it’s the woman that decides in most cases (especially in real estate where they don’t talk to the man at all) what is purchased - and I’m sure you can imagine all sorts of reasons why.
