1	At 23, I've just been handed my first breakup. I fucked up alot and I'm still in the shock stage. Can you guys recommend some things to me? You put waaaay too much value into the relationship. Which is likely why you feel that you lost a part of yourself. Realize that this too will pass, she has only been in your life for such a little amount of time. 1	My quick little tip for improving posture naturally Bad posture generally is from lack of awareness of your body. But it can be enhanced by working conditions (improper ergonomics) and also someones mental state can affect their posture. You are not wrong about working certain muscle groups, but by doing this someone becomes aware of these muscles and can train them and do a mental checks to maintain posture. Obviously ups and downs but I kept it relatively smooth. Last year had some insane final exams and my focus on school really improved. Thought we were strong enough, and she could handle it.
