Those guys aren't on roids LMAO. Go back to r/nattyorjuice and whine about how the slightest bit of muscle definition = roids. They literally preferred either 'lean' or 'athletic', both of which are attainable natty physiques. And my med school isn't tiring sure, but it's sure as hell a fine time drain. A good counter to 'But I don't have time!'

Efficient stressor? Wouldn't a job that fatigues you like that serve the purpose? A physical job that's tiring enough to fatigue you will grow muscle. As long as you eat a caloric surplus, meet your macros, and get 7-9 hours of sleep, you will. You won't end up like Ronnie Coleman, but you'll probably have a decent enough body.
