I oppose quotas... People should be hired based on ability, merit... I reject the assertion that it isn't sexism/ racism to employ a minority to fill a quota. Are we as a people equal or not? Usually this is were the name calling starts from the sjw... At the very least I would expect as a man in nursing I would expect such preferential treatment in a woman dominated field.... No such luck....

Funny, I'm a male nurse. Not once has affirmative action worked for me. I work in psychiatry. I Work with a shit ton of old soon-to-retire women that often need my help. Management wants to cut out the hospitals security guards. 95% of my coworkers are women. We sure could use some more men to ensure a safer environment especially when the 230 lbs psycho on meth turns violent. All management are women. 99% of new hires are women... Where's my "affirmative action"? Where's my "equal opportunity"?
