Exactly this. She wants to say to her friends “Well, we were playing Scrabble and one thing lead to another…”

I swear I don’t really believe that women there actually liked men. So much talk about HVM, pickmeishas and scrotes - who really talks like that? Contrary to the name, I don’t think any women there actually had success dating with those ideologies.

To be honest I think this post is a troll post.. I mean, what man says to a woman who is in shape with long hair that she would be more attractive chubby with short hair. Almost never.

I honestly can’t think of a single past relationship in my 36 years that politics were ever an issue. I don’t even remember talking about it.

I'm old enough these days to know that I can not be platonic friends with a attractive woman. The woman I associate with are either co workers / colleagues, relatives, or women I am sexually attracted to. Any guy who saying otherwise is kidding himself.

Women have no problem being platonic friends with a man. From a male perspective, no - we can not (or more like, should not) be platonic friends with a woman we are attracted to (and is available). For me personally, there are 3 types of women in my life: Women I'm related to Women I work with Women that I'm sexually attracted to (that are available - as in not married or committed). Any woman that doesn't fit in those 3 points I wont waste time with - I'd rather just hang out with my guy friend…

I highly recommend spending the 3 minutes watching this. This advice not only changed my life with women, but with my career, confidence, etc. He talks exactly what OP is expressing: David Wygant

Can we find that investment banker's identity? I want to buy him a beer. Even though article was printed in 2007, I am certain what he said has come to light - his income increased and made him higher value.

I have had this happen previously. I immediately ask them out for a drink / coffee; don’t go on texting for days. If she’s really interested, she will set something up. If she’s flakey, kill the conversation. Instant Shit Test.

I won’t knock your experience- that’s great that you have success. But I strongly disagree. In my opinion, Dating Apps aren’t the must have. In person will always be better. Dating Apps should supplement your in person approaches. From my experience, women have been floored that someone took the time to approach them in person. Plus you aren’t competing with all those other guys. Now with Covid going on, I will admit apps will be the safest way. But it will never beat the in person interaction o…
