I watched a fresh and fit podcast episodes and it's disgusting how many live viewers they have and how many of those viewers are just donating $50 at a time just to have their message read on stream.

It really does have to do with your city. I moved from the South to NYC and my salary jumped from 90k to 250k working in software. I'm still doing the same work but at a different company.

Some residents don't even get a visitor for years. Just because everyone likes to say they donate to charity does not mean it actually happens.

You would be a fool to hold your money in the bank and have it eaten by inflation. At least throw it in an index fund at the bare minimum.

I don't it's unreasonable, instead I think it's unreasonable to try and change someone or put up with someone you don't like. I've had to let go of women who had deep voices. That shit wasn't within their control, but I can't help that my dick gets soft when hearing that voice.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/22 08:23 PM

Hahahahaha, I'm not sticking my dick in at least half of the US's female population. Then again, some guys don't really have a choice of women to pick from.

I think the 80/20 rule applies to OLD because it's a marketplace based off just looks. You can't display charisma or comfort through pictures of strangers. If I see a woman pictures on an app and only see drinking and bikini pictures, I'm going to swipe left unless all I want is a hookup. She could be a perfectly wholesome person for all I know.

Haha, well I've gone to 2 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 2 high schools in varying socioeconomic conditions and locations. I'm not sure if it's what caused my ADHD because I had a hard time paying attention in class even before I moved. I also get the adapting to different social settings because of the repeated practice lol. I can blend in with people rather easily or talk someone's head off if I feel like it lol.

Hmm, I can relate in that sense that a lot of my relationships with people are filled with gaps. I think it has more to do with the fact that I ended up moving a lot as a child though. I have friends from childhood that I talk to every now and then but haven't talked to in a year or two now. I'm sure once I reach out or they reach out, we'll shoot the shit like no time has passed lol.

Honestly technology has a lot to do with it as well. I remember growing up and talking on the phone for hours with friends. Nowadays most people don't even know their friend's number by heart.

Ahhh, that's how I am with a woman right now. It's literally been off and on for YEARS lol, we started talking around the end of 2019. It's one of the weirdest relationships I've had haha. We can talk for a month straight non stop and then it's like it's over. Then 6 months down the line, we repeat and repeat haha.

I don't really think it's just your generation but your age. I'm a millennial and it was cliquey in my childhood as well but as I got older, I grew out of that need to change myself in order to please people.

Most men are able to get into a relationship. That's not to say that a lot of man are not having trouble though. If I just came from an AA meeting, I would think everyone is an undercover alcoholic.

Honestly, I don't think it's some magical solution and definitely doesn't account for everyone. If you truly have mental issues, what's stopping her from getting a green card and then initiating divorce? Are you going to lock her in your basement? Your solution is akin to just telling a virgin to pay a prostitute for sex.

My issue is that I can date because I'm genuinely interested in getting to know people, but I end up getting bored if I'm in a relationship too long or if I'm the only one who's initiating anything or most of the time. Something about staying in a relationship past the honeymoon phase is hard for me.

I could step in as this guy's mentor and give him immediate steps to increasing his income as well. That's a given considering I know what I look for when hiring new developers just like you know what men want when it comes to onlyfans. You act like every woman can just make an account and post mediocre photos and get PAID when there are thousands of women who legit make under $100 a month on that platform.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/22 06:07 PM

My point was that these average guys were not even approaching average or below average women either. They just had a huge fear of rejection that prevented them from taking action.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/22 05:22 PM
2

That's like me saying I refuse to believe that most guys can't just spend 3 hours a week for a year and make $120k/year as a software developer just because one guy in my office did that. I also have to acknowledge that part of it was luck because his resume got chosen out of a stack of 2000.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/22 05:18 PM

Average guy is not approaching women in general. I went to the club with a few single guy friends last month and only one of them was able to approach women.

It's unrealistic for guys to be 5'0, sure there are some extreme edge cases but how many 5'0 guys do you know in real life? Do you hang around the midget convention or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/22 04:02 PM
1

Again, with the extremes. Most guys are not 5'0 yet guys love to bring up this weird short king boogeyman. What's even funnier is the amount of insecurity is causes. I'm a 5'10 guy and there was another member on here who's also 5'10 who didn't want to put himself out there because he's not 6'3. Like damn, this mindset is causing perfectly normal guys to be insecure.

I'm sorry but I don't live my life on the exceptions. Sure, there might be an educated janitor and I have some very successful family members who are millionaires from businesses and never made it past high school. I don't base my dating on those exceptions though because it's not likely just like I don't throw my money in a stock that has a 10% of going to the moon. I prefer throwing my money in index funds and having a more diversified portfolio. As a guy, I don't match with women who have mul…

You were told normal people don't really care about it, not just people outside of PPD. If you think everyone outside of PPD is normal, then I got a bridge to sell you. Do you think every single weird person is on this subreddit?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/22 05:46 PM

I don't think it's normal to ask a woman her N count. I've slept with over 10 women this summer, yet I don't know any of their N count numbers. Do you actually go around asking them?

If it's in involuntary then yeah you're an incel. That's literally the definition of the word. If you want sex but unable to get it, you are an incel, simple as that.

I look around plenty, I've yet to find anyone who fits the criteria and that's really struggling. I mean according to your own post, you've slept with 40 women so it's not like you didn't have any chances.

Sure, but that's the issue, the guys don't have a grip on those. Like honestly go through some of the people on this subreddit and their post history. Some things that I remember people talking about in pm that I'm not going to name names. Guy that is 5'10 that's not even putting himself out there because he's not 6'3. This excludes cliches and common sense that everyone is aware You ever heard the saying that "common sense is not common"? The guys I talk to on here that have trouble with women are definitely not practicing the traits you mentioned. I.e. hygiene, respect, trustworthiness, competence, intelligence, interesting For competence, I take that to mean earning at least average salary of 50k. Some people on here are making less and feel entitled to a date lol.

Sounds like OP was saying to turn off the desperate mode which I fully agree with. Can't go around women projecting that vibe, like you'll fuck anything that moves.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/22 06:51 PM

I agree with most of the post, can you point out what you don't agree with? I almost wanted to make a similar post because I get tired of seeing the same old post over and over again. I do agree with you that most guys who actually need to follow the advice will not actually give it second thought. I've talked to more than a few users on here and the ones who have trouble with women are dropping the ball somewhere. Some guys just need it beat into them for lack of a better word.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/22 06:37 PM

I love the fisherman analogy that guys seem to love to parrot. I hope you're not taking advice from the dude who's out on the pier all day and comes home empty handed either. I'm a dude so I get the analogy but some of you guys need to learn how to pick better role models.

I mean most of those young people are still out of high school considering it's 18-29 age bracket. I'm still considered a young person by that metric even though I'm 28 and over a decade out of high school. The Roe v Wade has nothing to do with high schoolers, that's more to do with the GOP taking over the Supreme Court.

You don't run a business based on the exceptions. Look at Apple, they had to stop selling iPhone mini because the demand was low. People still bought iPhone 13 mini but not enough to justify making an iPhone 14 mini.

Normal men don't die as virgins unless they died early or by choice. It's not normal to be unable to get into a relationship else our species would've died out over the millions of years of evolution. 99% chance the guy is on the spectrum.

Not really, I've seen the same girl on the way home every day for a week before I approached her. I'm not stalking her; it just so happens that we took the same route home every day. I'd still be taking that route even if she wasn't there.

Bull fucking shit. So many guys don't get regular haircuts every 2 weeks especially people with long hair. They should also be going in to get their sideburns, ears, and back of their head cleaned up. I've had to teach a few of my guy friends how to use a cleanser, moisturizer and exfoliant regularly. You think every single guy has a skincare routine? I wouldn't be surprised if more guys thought skincare was gay than guys who actually used more than just water. As for dressing well, most guys do…

I'm no Chad either but I do put in effort into myself. Haircuts every 2-3 weeks, gym regularly, dress well, eat clean, skincare routine etc. It takes a shit ton of discipline but almost everyone who has trouble with women is fucking something up in their life. I'm just another dude that had no success early on too.

Women are definitely more social than men so that just means you're in the wrong social groups. If you're looking to build a social circle of just gamers, crypto bros or drinkers, then yeah good luck. I just moved to NYC this year and my social circle is already decent, I can find someone to do something with each weekend. I don't try to fuck every person I feel attracted to; I usually figure out if she is attracted to me first before I make a move. It's easier to get with someone who reciprocat…

Fit as in regularly goes to the gym or any other sport. A lot of people think they can go to the gym twice a month or play 3 games of soccer a month and call themselves fit. I hit up the gym 3 times a week for an hour each time. It's not hard to set aside 3 hours a week unless you have the time management of a child. There are 24-hour gyms for people who have erratic schedules. As for socially adept and emotionally mature, that's usually a very broad thing so of course it's going to be vague. Th…

If you have a spouse and family, then you also have a partner who can also work. If they're not working, then they better be providing something to the household or bringing in disability benefits. I grew up in abject poverty, look up the rural south. People living in mobile homes in the middle of nowhere. I'm not saying there are no edge cases that might not qualify but most people can figure it out. I mean even the gas stations in the south were paying over $10/hour and literally giving away h…

Sounds like you were still maturing but I don't recommend just asking randoms unless it's at the bar/club only since beer goggles are a thing. I've gotten most of my leads from mutual friends which is why I always suggest working on building a social circle. Apps should only be a supplement and cold approach just doesn't work for most people unless you look like a model. 1 or 2 times a month with people you know is not enough if you really want to get in a relationship since it really is a numbe…

Ah, usually the ones who judge are the same ones who are scared to be judged. Not saying it's you but that's usually what I see, people who judge others in order to make themselves feel better. I usually don't care what those people think of me.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 10:37 PM
2

That's everyone in life lol. I felt the same way about working out, I thought everyone would stare at me lifting the small dumb bells at first. Most people don't pay attention to others, we are our own worst critic. Like, do you judge other people's social skills in public?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 10:31 PM

The issue is that the internet doesn't work like other platforms. The whole law came from porn when the internet first became mainstream. Twitter is still responsible for what's on their site if they leave it up hence why you're not going to see child porn on there. If someone does post it, Twitter will get sued if they leave it up or if they have copyrighted information on there.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 10:28 PM

Sounds like you need to keep putting yourself out there. I used to have shit social skills until I worked in the front part of a restaurant. Talking to customers and waiting tables really helped me to get out of my shell and improve my social skills.

Let me guess, is it because you can't participate in hookup culture?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 10:20 PM

For one it's the internet. This is how the internet works, you can't compare it to phones and books. It's the same reason you can't sue google for showing links to porn sites or racial content. Here's the law if you want to read more into it since you're trying to compare the internet to old school media. https://www.eff.org/issues/cda230

Twitter is still controlled by private citizens and makes their money off advertisements. If advertisers pull back because of the content, then Twitter can absolutely cut people off. They have no responsibility except to their shareholders and I'm sure those shareholders would prefer more money from advertisements. What's funny is that conservatives love free speech but as soon as people post on their subreddit, they don't hesitate to block people.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 10:06 PM
3

Answer the question though, who's choice is it if someone wants to hook up with others? Do you think the government should police our sexuality? I'm a man and I was hooking up with several people over the summer, should I be banned from doing that?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 10:01 PM

It's funny how that anti-free speech thing came from republicans who didn't want to sell a wedding cake to gay people. If those bakers can choose who they deal with, then so can Twitter.

Are you talking about the same conservatives who hate on minorities? The ones who tell Mexicans to go back to their country? The ones who constantly call out all Asians because of the "China-Flu"? The same ones who don't hesitate at attacking homosexuals? Super inclusive!

/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 09:32 PM

Yeah, but it's men as well is what I'm saying, not just women. The issue is that most men don't have those options. I wouldn't mind if my wife made more than me or looks better than me.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 09:30 PM
7

I'd even call the less desirable men hypergamous as well. I'm talking dudes who make like 30k/year and want an above average girl when they say she can't be overweight. Dudes making bottom tier money but wants an upper tier woman. Or the dudes who are bottom tier in genetics (height, looks, intelligence, etc.) wanting a fit girl because they're fit.

How many wives have you had? I didn't know you were an expert on the subject matter. Also, I wonder if your example even applies to most guys since a lot of guys don't marry the first person that they had sex with. Let's also not forget that dead bedrooms are also caused by men too, some are most likely undiagnosed low-T.

That's assuming that she's looking for a relationship. Like I said, some women are not looking for that. We're literally talking in circles so I'll put it as clearly as I can. If a woman has a high N and it's by choice, then I see no issues with her. I've run into a few who are prioritizing their career, especially the ones who are lawyers at big law firms. No shit, that's obvious but most women are not all women. If I met a woman who admitted to having a high body count, then that's her choice but I don't go around asking them what their body count is. I personally don't care either way which is why I don't care to ask.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 01:32 PM

So, if a dude is a virgin at 30 and it's not by choice, then obviously something is wrong with him, that's the entire point. Look at the title, a man who is a virgin or never had a gf at 30, if that's not by choice there is some issue with him.

No one said anything about marriage, I'm saying they would more than likely be open to having sex though. Stop moving the goalposts.

No, usually they're the ones who want to just have sex. I actually am looking for a long-term relationship, but I don't mind having casual sex. I live in NYC so it's pretty liberal here, and even if it's a minority, there are over 8 million people in this city. Minority would probably still be over hundreds of thousands of people.

Here's the thing though, I don't care about what some random person says about me. I'll care if it's my mom or my brother saying it about me, but I don't care about some random stranger. People told me all my life that I wouldn't be shit, if I listened and cared maybe I'll still be in poverty. I'm 28, I stopped caring what people who I don't care about, have to say about me. As for fucking dudes, I don't put my dick where shit comes out. If they have a vagina then I'll give it a second thought, …

Sure, most women might not like casual sex, but some do. I had a few hookups over the summer, so there are women out there who don't feel the need for a relationship, especially some of these high career women here in NYC. One of the women I hooked up with was a managing partner at a law firm that said she had no time to date. She was hot so I wasn't going to complain lmao.

Not sure where you got that idea. I didn't have sex early on because I was more interested in videogames. I wasn't even looking for sex. The term incel though is involuntary celibacy, so it's not by choice. I'm willing to bet most incels would take what they can get. I was voluntarily celibate early on, so it was by choice because I was grinding videogames, didn't want to waste time on women in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 01:11 PM

During the summer, I was having sex with a new person every 1-2 weeks, that's just how dating works here on the apps in NYC. Does that mean I have a lack of inhibition and self-control? It's dumb to say that men can do it but the women I fuck can't. Like who am I fucking then? I'm not going to fuck some dudes lmao.

His question was if there was definitely something wrong with her, I said no because sure there's a chance but there's nothing 100% wrong with her. For the guy, if it's by choice then nothing wrong with him. But if he's 30 and still a virgin not by choice then yeah something is wrong. Most guys figure it out, I was a late bloomer that lost my virginity after college. I'm willing to admit that I had interpersonal issues and that's what I notice about other dudes in that situation. Like if you're …

No because she might just enjoy casual sex. Like us guys, some women want to gave casual no strings attached sex. She's free to make that choice just like you or me. I'm a guy and I've fucked 10 people over the summer, am I wrong for that? I don't think so, so why would it be wrong if a woman wanted to do that. No one is forcing you to date her, I personally don't care about marrying a virgin.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 12:27 PM
5

Sure just like guys seethe when women want you to pay for dates. No one is forcing you to date them just like you don't have to pay for dates if you don't want to. I choose to pay for dates but I don't care if other guys prefer to split the bill.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/22 12:21 PM

Something is definitely wrong with a guy who's spent a decade unable to get laid unless its by choice. Most guys get laid at least once by 30 and that's a fact. They might not get laid regularly but even ugly men get to lose their virginity by 30. Usually if they're still a virgin at that age, they lack interpersonal skills or are very anxious and unable to deal with rejection.

Who's telling you that you can't reject a woman for being high N? Let's be real, for most incels they would take any woman, high or low N because it's not like they're swimming in pussy.

Heck even though I'm living in NYC, one of the most expensive cities in the country, I only spend around 30k a year. I mean they're getting paid money because they're disabled as well as free healthcare. I don't get why they should be able to profit off of welfare to the tune of having thousands in savings. Most Americans don't even have $500 in their bank, why should the people who are getting free services and free money be able to save 4x more than the average working American?

Being above average is not enough when the numbers on dating apps are so skewed. 20% of users are women so that means 1 women for every 4-5 guys. If you're not better than most guys then good luck on the apps. It's basic supply and demand. Even if she's unattractive to you, I guarantee you that some guy will still match with her and give her attention. I just booked a flight from NYC to Vegas and it only costed me $60 on Spirit Airline and the best part is there is no layover. Total cost of the trip is around $1200, if you can't save $100 a month then you got bigger issues.

This is what I mean when I say your self-worth is in the gutter. I've been there in the past and it sucks. I hated when other people told me it would get better because it didn't feel like it. Nowadays though I can truly say that it did get better after therapy. You can continue to believe what you want but I just want you to try therapy. Like I said, anyone who reads your post history will tell you that you need therapy like yesterday. Yet it's your own choice not to seek it so yeah, most people would say it's your fault.

You also see it in such shitholes as LOL if I went into AA meetings, I would think the everyone was an alcoholic. I'm also in my 20s yet none of my friends talk about our virginity. It sounds more like you're choosing to surround yourself in your own echo chamber and basing your world view on that one element. Sounds like you need better friends.

So can we stop saying with enough effort it'll just magically happen? I'm not saying it will happen lmao, you're the one who has it in your head and you keep coming back to it like a dead horse.
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:26 PM
1

Then you have to develop it over time, put yourself in enough social situations and you might learn, or you might not. Again, no guarantees. There is no magic pill. Again, back to the dead horse, there is no magic solution and yet you're being neurotic about it.

I mean you got the general list of things to do, get a good job with high income, get in good physical shape, dress better, develop a social circle, all of this shit is in the book Models by Mark Manson. Anything past that will be personal and user specific/intuition. I can't teach you how to be confident just like I can't teach you how to like strawberries. I can't teach you how to not be desperate, but I can advise you to go to therapy.

You see comments like "this is why x person can't get laid" in the real world all the time. Sounds to me like you're not even talking to people in the real world or you're still hanging out in frats lmao. I don't remember the last time I discussed women and dating in real life unless I was at the club. Virgins are stigmatized to death. Who the hell even brings up virginity in real life? Do people constantly ask you if you're a virgin? Do you hang out in high school locker rooms? Are you 12? I do…

Alright, can we stop beating the dead horse already? There are no cheat codes when it comes to women short of paying for sex. Sure you can go up to a prostitute and give her money and bam you get sex. You can definitely stop doing everything wrong but it's still not a guarantee for success. No one in the world is attractive to everyone else. Get that through your brain because you keep making statements about some guarantee when there are none. Like stop beating the damn horse, it's already dead…

If you put effort in and figure out what you're doing wrong, then it can lead to success. It's about stop doing the wrong things rather than doing the one right thing. Stop coming off as a desperate person will do a lot more than anything else imo. Confidence is one hell of an attractive trait. But if you don't know how to display it then you'll come off as arrogant. I can't teach anyone else how to be confident, but I did have to work on my own confidence.

I mean it's very intuitive but there is no "right way" to talk to girls since everyone is different. There is a wrong way though, if she says no then back off. If she's clearly not interested then back off, by that I mean giving you one-word answers, facing away from you, constantly checking her phone, etc.

One of the top posts today is this one. https://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/xus337/i_turned_25_years_old_a_few_days_ago_here_is_what/ There's plenty of useful advice in it, I don't get where you're getting this "talk to girls and it'll happen". Sounds more like you're using that as an excuse for your own mistakes and situation. Link the posts where people are saying that.

I mean therapy is something that is recommended regularly. Once you get your mental state sorted out, you still have to talk to girls. You can't just sit in your room and do nothing and expect them to walk in your room. The fat person still needs to hit the gym and exercise daily after fixing their diet. You've been here for over 6 months and still no success. What are you expecting from the next 6 months on here? Some magic answer that will pop up that hasn't yet?

Are you talking about yourself here because you keep adding random variables. If you can't drive a car, then you probably don't even own a car. If you can get a car, then it takes like 15 hours to learn with a driving teacher. It's not rocket science; the main roadblock is affording a car and gas. I personally don't even own a car right now but that's because public transit is decent here in NYC.

I mean if you're autistic then yeah social skills are going to be hard but that's not to say that autistic people don't get into relationships. Now if you got some other mental issues like depression and PTSD then those can at least be worked on with therapy. My friend didn't start making money until this year at 28. He went from playing videogames all day to learning how to drive a truck and making 60k/year so it's never too late imo. It's still a choice that he had to make though. He has a gir…

Don't need to hit peak income though. I make 250k/year at 28 as a software engineer. I'll probably peak at $500k/year in my 40s but $250k is more than enough to buy what I want now. Plenty of my friends are making six-figures coming out of college and working here in NYC. My friend who's 26 is making $400k/year working at Jane Street in finance after getting his PhD in math. Then it's his choices of not improving himself that are causing his virginity. He needs to figure out why he's struggling with common tasks that are preventing him from employment. Sure but at least that can be crossed off the list. Like I said, you're trying to make any excuse not to go to therapy when it's clearly something you need. Just reading your post history would show anyone that. Again, it's the gas tank analogy, you're going to find it hard to do anything with a hole in your tank. It's a lot easier to do something about your situation once you've got the hole repaired. Since that analogy is not working with you, here's another way to look at it. You're like a fa…

Empathy is different for female friends vs romantic interests. I don't think of my girlfriend the same way I think of my female best friend. The fact that you don't know that should already give you something to think about. I'm giving you something to try: therapy because you clearly are bashing your head against the wall and from what I've seen, it's been going on for at least 6 months. self-worth and empathy You might not have lacked self-worth in the past but what about empathy for women when it comes to dating? You're going to find it hard to get with women if you can't even think of them as human beings instead of just someone to hook up with. All I get from your comments is a victim mindset where you're only thinking about yourself. Honestly you should post on both subs but you'll get more responses from amiugly since the community is bigger. No one is being condescending when they say those responses, you're just literally combative as fuck. You're like a rabid dog biting anyone who even tries to help because you think girls are 100% logical games that you can win like a video game. Like how do you respond in real life encounters if a girl turns you down? If it's anything like your replies, then I assume you respond with the same aggressive energy which will just turn her off. If you want something purely logic based, then you're on…

Let's learn how to walk first before we run. Fix your mindset first instead of grabbing everyone by the throat in each of your replies. Have you even bothered to read the book Models by Mark Manson like you said you would?

Figure out why they're dating older, like are you guys broke or immature or both? I'm almost 30 and have most of my shit together and don't have any issue dating women the same age.

The way I see it, asking someone out if you're interested is a lot better than building up this picture in your mind about the what-ifs. I've done the waiting and it sucks when you keep thinking about someone for months only to get rejected. Better to just get it over with and move on if she's not interested.
